If it's 80s goth shtick, that's fine, but I'll give it a strong pass. I'm more preferably into the metal-esque/40k influences like Novembre, Moonspell, and Rotting Christ. I think a Goth mafia/turf war story or movie trilogy would do great provided it was made by the right cast with the right people. Think of something like The Raid 2 meets Underworld meets The Godfather meets The Lost Boys directed by Proyas, Boyle, and Scorsese and I'd think you got yourself a cinematic masterpiece
