This already happened with the voice actors in certain countries. They just got replaced with the new voice actor either trying to match the original voice, match their american counterpart or doing a new interpretation altogether.

But as and suggested: If they wanted it badly enough, the could just chop up all the lines and feed it to an AI to get new lines.

Considering that they already committed cinematic necromancy on Carrie Fisher, I wouldn't doubt they'd do something like this for voice actors if they deem it practical.
After all, to big media conglomerates, nothing is sacred. Especially not to the Mouse.

It's not even that bad as a voice, it just sounds totally wrong because it's a character whose voice we are just SO used to hearing paired with that design.
You just can't replace these long-established characters without it sounding uncanny.

They'll keep it going past it being economically worth it. What are you going to replace it with? American animation is generally horrible. The simpsons is a reliable, proven brand that people will watch because the tv is on. You don't want to jeopardize that with whatever the tumblr generation is coming up with
