They lost a bunch of movies and shows over the years because other companies realized they don’t need Netflix anymore and can just make their own streaming services. So now they lost a huge chunk of well-known content and are competing with 10 other services which are cheaper subscriptions and with a decade of shows. People are obviously going to stop paying for Netflix because there’s nothing notable left and they can save $10 a month by switching to Disney+ or Paramount or Peacock or Hulu or Apple TV or whatever else fucking pops up.
