Literally who cares.

My condolences, Rabbi.

Bros, I am scared. Netflix is the last bastion of liberal democracy in the world....if they lose subscribers then its all over...

>People stop using cable because they get tired of subscribing to various channels and thus jump into online streaming
>The online streaming market expands so much that you have to purchase subscriptions for several services to get what you want, literally the reason why you dropped cable
Can't wait for the downfall of streaming. Netflix will be the first to drop

Lmao, bye bye Netflix. You won't be missed.

No more She-Ra or He Man? Oh no.

BUT WHEN WE WAKE
ITS ALL BEEN ERASED
AND SO IT SEEMS
ONLY IN DREAMS

I was gonna advocate piracy but can't argue with trips of truth, I'm gonna buy the Smallville complete boxset one of these days

>ORKO'D
You don't fuck with the Masters of the Universe.
Now they'll remember.

There won't be any downfall of streaming. There is nothing to replace it that is as convenient. Convenience at the end of the dat always wins. Netflix may fall but it will just be replaced with the next streaming service.

It’s one of the constant of the universe: water is wet, things fall down and they always find a way

Someone got paid to write that garbage line.

I guess woke investors have a loss tolerance after all. having a high ESG score means fuck all nothing when nobody is watching

words .

im not exactly well informed on this
but among all the shit netflix airs and green-lights, are the cartoons really what is making customers go away?
every tv show gets canceled after 1 or 2 series and they cut the animation department?
i thought Castlevania, Arcane, He-man and all these new shows were a success for them no?

Attached: 1647846614315.jpg (1289x1266, 476.42K)

executives only care about their stock options when the share price falls they become worthless and they panic and start cutting all the unprofitable crap

>Netflix
>high ESG score
Kek, good one

those shows were only distributed by netflix, not animated

Arcane sure but he man looks dreadful i can’t imagine someone that’s not some blue haired twitteroid watching it

you doubt the diversity, representation and inclusion of their programming?

apparently the animation studio "staged data"
>Kipo
>dragon prince
>disenchantment
>bone adaptation
>redwall
>hilda
>inside job
all canceled apparently
plus some more
did they really generate no revenue?

oh and everything worked on by Alex Hirsch
this is investors inducing a panic cancellation

You still got Twitter...oh wait..

I'm sure that's rampant. Does anybody seriously believe that trash like Witcher is more popular than stranger things?

This can't be real. Holly fuck

it is.

Every company wants a constant growth in high percentages

damn so Dark Crystal really had no viewers to get canceled before all of this

It's even worse than the screencaps because the way she says it makes me want to storm the capital again.

read you dumb nigger

>from the article:

One producer, whose show on Netflix wasn’t renewed, said that when they got to Netflix, Rynda, who served creative roles on groundbreaking animated series like “Gravity Falls” and “Adventure Time,” told Netflix creators, “We want to be the home of everybody’s favorite show.” By the time the producer left several years later, there was a “new thesis statement”: “We want to make what our audience wants to see,” Reed Hastings, Netflix’s Co-CEO, now told animation talent. As far as mission statements go, those are vastly different.

True to this “new thesis statement,” several high-profile animated projects in the Kids & Family space have been outright canceled, including “Bone” (which Netflix confirmed), an adaptation of Roald Dahl’s “The Twits” that was meant to be part of several Dahl-based projects (Netflix insists “The Twits” is still alive, potentially now as a feature film) and Lauren Faust’s witchy “Toil and Trouble.” Netflix currently touts “Boss Baby” as the ideal of what an animated series on the platform should be and what kind of numbers those animated series should be bringing in (this was reiterated by almost everyone we spoke to) although Netflix doesn’t even own “Boss Baby” — it licenses the series from DreamWorks Animation. (A new “Boss Baby” series premieres next month.)

like rats from a sinking ship

>be show producer
>join Netflix
>get forced to shill degeneracy
>show tanks
>get fired
>career destroyed

>accusations of staged data
how fucking late are you

It's staggering how much nigflix has ruined in such a short time

>netflix blames account sharing
>increases fees
>cuts content

Redditors acted like you were insane to not believe their obviously bullshit numbers, but now they'll all pretend to have known all along

so for kids only brain rotting shit to keep them occupied
and there's no market for more adult animation?
i guess it will always be a niche

you guys all bayed for Netflix blood, well just wait until they refocus on the slop the average reality tv show viewer really wants to see.

What did Netflix do to upset the jew? Why are they being buried alive, bros? And don't tell me "get woke, go broke", that's just rightchuds fantasy

It's not really any wonder Netflix has fallen out of favor
They were in a position to have a stranglehold on the whole industry but when you start excessively meddling with the work of all your talent surprise you only attract mediocre talent who only ever create mediocre shows
Partnering with Netflix has become a badge of shame now more than anything, a sign that you're desperate and have no artistic integrity

>they bought?

Such is the way of the internet.

What is actually causing this turbulence at Netflix tho? Most normies can’t be assed to cancel subscriptions or they just put up with the pozzed shit because there’s still a library of movies on Netflix. Is it because D+ now has the lions share of good content?

learn to meme, leftard

Disney and HBO have the content people actually want. Amazon has people buying prime for shipping, the video package is incidental. What does Netflix have now? They used to be a one stop shop for everything. Now they just have content that is SyFy Original tier.

Yeah I have prime for shipping, the grand tour, vikings and loads of books and comic desu

and prime has actually good animated series old and new

Whoever eventually cuts off your nose better record he process for the rest of us, rabbi.

>complains about ESG
>doesn't even know what it is
American hands typed this post

They can finally admit it now that the ship is sinking.

Just waiting on the trainwreck that is live action One Piece, and then Netflix can die a quiet death for all I care

>all the [business decision] in [company] is thanks to [people who run company]
Holy fucking shit, does the president know about this?!

no bone adaptation? cripes

What's "staged data" means in this case?

I’m assuming it means they lied about viewership numbers/how much people watched of any given episode, stuff like that.

Prime also has the a24 movies and generally the more "artsy" shit as well as the classics in my country.

Netflix has newer blockbusters which means capeshit I don't care about, for me the Amazon prime library is actually more interesting right now, still have to watch Pig.

Netflix still only has one season of Attack on Titan but 10 seasons of Ugly Jew Abominations cartoons. You do the math.

So what's next for Netflix? Bankruptcy? Remodeling of the brand?

>>redwall
this any good? loved the books as a kid

>capeshit lmao, Netflix are lucky if they have that cuz Disney, HBO and NowTV took it all. You’re right they stream blockbusters but it’s mostly just Dwayne Johnson shit

Probably just gonna merge with prime or something

>those scheming jews in the upper left
Wtf?

They will lose viewers and subscribers but it will be a slow decline.

Daredevil got cancelled after its best season and this is now on its 5th season going strong

ml

OH NO NOT THE TWITTER POSTS

I wouldnt piss on Netflix if it was on fire but if this gets cancelled and another studio doesn't pick it up I'm gonna be absolutely fucking livid.

Ah right they lost those.

Actually browsing their movie library right now (not my account I wouldn't pay for this), it's kinda sad really who hasn't seen gladiator or the dark knight a dozen times already?

the zog is merely moving to amazon's streaming as amazon doesn't 'need' to make money off its streaming as it has the store for that. reminder that netflix has never made a profit, the only thing that matters is controlling the message, controlling the masses

Attached: 1647888396063.png (1776x1260, 1.67M)

It will probably end up with Amazon and Disney owning all media between them

WTF is this shit?
