Jessica chastains ugly face is in it

You are a homosexual.

>love is, uhm... LE GOOD

I know it's a difficult concept for friendless, sexless incels to grasp

they had me until the power of love crap

>movie has 5d bookshelves in a black hole
>incels hyper focus on the love aspect
hahaha

>Love is the strongest force! we can see it its stronger than gravity and time!

ruined an otherwise great movie.

If you're a redditor

nothing she said was wrong tho. Why do we love dead things?

No I don’t like uppity bitches or women with man jaws. Thank u come again.

>LOVE IS THE MOST POWERFUL THING IN THE UNIVERSE

Saw it for the stunning visuals and the fun in the fantasy of exploring other planets and what lies at the other end of a black hole. Don't give a shit about the plot or le deep themes. It's for fantasizing about the untamed reaches of space and the crazy shit that exists out there and that's it. If you give it any more thought beyond that you probably have autism.

This. Nolan makes good movies. But they are not deep or something like people pretend to. But they are hated by contrarians because people think they are deep

Nolan makes shit. He thinks he's smarter than he really is and it comes across in everything he does.

I just hit incel bingo thanks to your posts

t. filtered midwit

An inter-dimensional tesseract placed in a wormhole by a far-future human civilization saves the day, love plays at best a support role. It just makes you seethe for some stupid reason.

This is EXACTLY what I mean. Most of his movies are objectively good. But you somehow think you are smart for discovering his movies are not genius. They are not meant to be. Its just peak contrarianism.

You sound dumb

Or perhaps the problem is that it's actually you who thinks you are smarter than you really are

Not possible I fucked you dad last night

>The perfect film
Except for the Doctor Who tier ending.

Go stroke your goatee in the "love dimension" you pompous fags.

>"love dimension"
Now you're just blatantly demonstrating that you didn't understand the movie at all

gee I’m shocked that somebody as angry as you doesn’t understand love first hand

Intelligence usually does come across as smug and pompous to the "anti-intellectual" crowd, i.e. idiots

a thousand times this. Nolan makes movies specifically tailored to the midwit-audience. it's a highly effective filter to quickly find out whether a somewhat eloquent person is an intellectual or not.
>hey, did you see the latest Nolan?
>yeah it was AWESOME
>smile, nod, completely ignore them from that point on and sabotage everything they do whenever you get the chance

based retard

No. This is the perfect film.

Watched it 3 times on IMAX 3D. Literally the best cinematic experience ever. The type of movies where you just dont want it to end. The love thing is also great touch since it encapsulates the entire plot and proves that Nolan is one of the non-NPC in this world. One of the enlightened ones. He knows love in its most primitive form is one of the strongest force in the universe, beyond time and gravity.

Please go back to Lex Fridman and his quest to find out if his fleshlight loves him

It's actually the exact opposite. One of the things Nolan is best at is making films that play to both dimwitted masses and discerning moviegoers. Dimwits simply enjoy the spectacle and have a good time, intelligent members of the audience appreciate how intricate, clever and ambitious his films are. It's only midwits, those who fall into the pseud valley, who are vexed by his films, and it's because they give far too much credit to their own intelligence. Thus they assume that since they do not understand it, it must be beneath them.

tl;dr you *are* a midwit and that's precisely why you don't like his movies

I don't even know who that is, go grind your axe somewhere else

you're fucking retarded, bro

>To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Christopher Nolan. His humour is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also Nolan's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation- his personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these films, to realise that they're not just funny- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Christopher Nolan truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in Batman's existential catchphrase "I'm Batman," which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev's Russian epic Fathers and Sons. I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Nolan's genius wit unfolds itself on their television screens. What fools.. how I pity them.

Thanks for proving my point for me, I really appreciate it

its shit. stupid mans 2001, with awful gay ending. obvious and dumb.

Why are you quoting yourself?

your post was unironically too dumb to warrant a sophisticated response.
this

Please tell me how Interstellar isnt objectively a solid movie

Yes

The exact problem with his movies is that he opens up Final Draft and asks himself, "How can I be clever?"

Nolan is a fucking hack

anne hathaway ruins movies for me, no idea why

>this is unironically what autists think the movie was trying to tell them

she has no talent

Digits confirm

>has to play the weak pseud woman of the movie who fucks everything up
i wonder why

Excellent bait, have another (you)

Based

Based. He's the definition of midwit and his films like BB, TDK, Inception, Interstellar would be shit if it wasn't for his brother Jonathan Nolan. Tenet is proof of this.

>your post was unironically too dumb to warrant a sophisticated response.
This is the midwit MO. I could be smart if I wanted to, but I won't.

see

Garbage movie, pozzed for the feminazi audience

I happen to like clever things. Your argument boils down to the "it insists upon itself" meme.

Nolan takes grand, existential concepts and then treats them in the most obvious, shallow and arrogant way possible. he's basically "NPC-the director" and liking his works for more than visuals or entertaining action scenes pretty much boils down to you being perfectly fine with pissing on divine and holy concepts that should be treated with the utmost respect. fuck Nolan and fuck everyone that has no contempt for him

>tesseract
I don't care for your marvel shit, go away.

I like clever things too when they're done by clever people. Not people trying to be clever. Nolan isn't any different than M. Night Shyamalan.

go back, you fucking pseudo intellectual

>hurr durr Marlel invented tesseracts
So you literally don't know anything about anything

I think Nolan falls into the 2nd category described in this pasta.

Sorry, I guess I hit a nerve.

Feel free to provide an example of a filmmaker who is clever in your opinion and please don't say Zack Snyder.

would you say that Nolan's films share this approval profil with Freddy Got Fingered?

well yeah, being surrounded by people that can't tell art from shallow, profit-oriented garbage specifically designed to appeal to the 100IQ peak of the bell curve is super frustrating.

No. Freddy Got Fingered is not a surrealist masterpiece, that's just a meme.

Nice

Reminder that this isn't even a Nolan film but a Steven Speilburg project he abandonned.

Tell me about it.

Based.

Reminder that this isn't remotely true.
