I've drank almost every day for the last 3 and a half years. Got to a point where I'd drink a fifth of vodka a day.

Haven't drank the last 8 days and surprisingly haven't had any side effects. Just an intense urge to lift weights and do some some sort of aerobic exercise.

Been eating less/healthier and been going to sleep at 10:30pm and waking up at 4:30am.

Trying to improve myself. Wish me luck bros

OP here, glad the thread is starting to bump, just got back from a baseball game and some beers after taking a few days off. I rarely ever go two days in a row without drinking but I did this week and today the beers tasted too good. Going to probably get drunk now and regret it tomorrow
