this is probably the best episode so far. there was a good amount of action and surprises. the woman getting him killed though was really annoying for how contrived and obvious it was.

I marathoned all 4 episodes. I have two major takeaways here

1. The show is painfully boring and gets worse with each passing episode.
2. It's jarring how "badass" they made the love interest. She has more fighting scenes that she easily comes on top of compared to the main superhero character. The last episode, episode 4 was ridiculous she stopped both a machine gunner on a truck and an ancient demon with a flare.
