they teased and mentioned multiple times in interviews how we gonna finally meet Kim's character, who she actually is since we do know who is Jimmy and what makes him be Saul.

We only got one flashback of Kim's mother was a drunk, we also learned that she would flee from landlords when the rent is due at midnight when she spoke to Acker. In the last episode, she mentioned "you don't know what is losing everything".

If you match this knowledge with her moral need to make good in this world and help those most in need probono work, things start making sense. We have yet to know what she lost though.

Can we talk about how stupid these cold opens are now. The season premier opens with movers emptying Saul Goodman's office. Presumably this would have taken place after BB, around the time when Jimmy would have been setting up his Cinnabon. And?!? What is this supposed to teach us? Nothing. Obviously Saul's office would have been cleaned out by someone. Showing it happening uneventfully does not give the audience anything. This show has a habit of throwing the viewer in to confusing situations so they can have the pleasure of working their way out, but many times you'll find yourself standing nowhere of particular interest.
