They're going after Howard because they'll get millions of dollars if Sandpiper settles, it's not just a prank. It's actually kind of a plot hole that they didn't try it sooner.

He's a privileged yuppie so Kim dislikes him automatically. She also really likes her defender of the poor and downtrodden persona. She's a cunt but the writers love her too much for anything to happen. For Jimmy, its because Howard was Chuck's errand boy but more that Howard grieved over Chuck and healed. He came out for the better and Jimmy resented that. So they both have issues with Howard that is essentially them projecting something onto him. To Kim he's everything wrong with the world, rich privileged douche bags running things and getting away with screwing over the little guy. To Jimmy, he is Chuck still getting one over on him.

I think it will go something like this

>They investigate the Lalo slip because it was a bit suspicious and its all they have
>Flag DEA and they come in to check
>Reveal that Lalo is high up in the cartel
>Lalo will eventually return to the states for revenge but gets caught
>He is told its due to the case with Jimmy
>He deduces Saul/Jimmy ratted him out
>Saul hears about the Nacho betrayal at some point
>That scene in BrBa with him saying it was Ignacio is him thinking Lalo has finally caught up to him

Did Lalo know both Jimmy and Saul or just the one? Perhaps he has to fully become Saul to avoid Lalo's retaliation. They'll be looking for Jim McGill not Saul and there are a bunch of lawyers in Albuquerque and greater New Mexico so he gets lost in the shuffle. Another theory I saw here was that somehow Howard is mistaken for Jimmy and killed in his place.

Jimmy doesn't actually hate Howard, which is why he's been hesitant about going full in for this "ruin his life" plan. He does resent him to a degree as other anons have said, but he can't actually hate him because he's never really done Jimmy wrong to the point he deserves his life ruined.

Honestly saul is a boring pile of shit. The only hype I got from it was when the nigga guy was building the meth lab the rest of it is a boring pile of ass. Saul is actually a complete knobhead and his lawyer mates have a personality of a rock.

The problem is that Saul saying Lalo means that he knows "Jorge de Guzman" was an alias and was, at a minimum, actively obscuring his client's true identity from the state. His whole "how could I have known the guy was a fake?" defense doesn't work when he uses Lalo's real name (or real nickname, anyways).

The show lost a lot with Chuck dying. They then had to do more with the cartel shit despite most of the characters involved being around in BB so there are no stakes except for Nacho and Lalo. The latter of which, while played well, is just always ahead and winning. He kills a guy and brings him all the way back to the home before anyone else gets there, he takes down two guys while exhausted and hurt with no effort. At least he isn't as bad as the Terminator twins.

As cartoonish as the twins are they're honestly less superhuman than Lalo is when you really break it down. The twins are hot shit when they're dealing with degenerate methheads but got their shit pushed in when they're up against someone who is remotely trained (Hank). Lalo can do Spiderman shit and beat an entire squad of the shittiest professional assassins ever.

I was ready to give on this show with chuck because it was the stupidest fucking side story I have ever seen in a show. I could of dealt with Steve urkel being his brother more then some retard that can't handle frequency waves.

The electricity mental illness was all part of an elaborate scheme that Chuck created when Jimmy defecated through the sunroof. 15 years of Truman showesque lawyer nonsense for Chuck to get one over on Jimmy in revenge for stealing his father's money.
