The trial has already had two witnesses see bruises on Heard and had his doctor confirm he lied about her cutting off his finger. These are his own witnesses. Just imagine how much worse he's going to look when Heard's witnesses testify. He's lost.

I've put off watching Alice Through the Looking Glass because I thought it would be horrible but letting it sit on my mind I think it actually might be a very good film, at least way better than Pirates 5.

Even if they saw bruises they can't proof that Depp is the cause of those.

If Depp did or didn't abuse her is ultimately irrelevant. It's a trial about whether Heard's article was defamatory/libellous. They need to prove that the article directly implicated Depp (hard to do when he isn't named in it) and caused him to lose work.

Tarantino calls it a great fucking movie, but then again how is that any good of a recommendation? Cokehead nimrod. It was long, very long. And the trainchase, which is supposedly the best part of the movie was long, very long. But the classic Lone Ranger theme for nostalgiafags kicked in, so I guess it's alright.

Maybe If I rewatched it, I would have a more positive judgement of it. But at the time it was just another 'Hey, it's Johnny Depp acting weird and in make-up' movie. It came out right after several years of being barraged with 'Pirates Of The Carribbean' hype, mind you. So Johnny Depp fatigue might've definitely played a part.
