Star Wars Prequels are more Star Trek than NuTrek.

MOGGED

FPBP

Better than Crusher.

People dislike her because she was mean to Data for like five episodes. Boo hoo, she was a better character, and a better doctor.

>female Bones

Roddenberry was not the one who made Star Trek great

This doesn't appear NEW albeit, and if presented...AS SUCH.

Taylor Swift best captain

Do you think Spock treated his father Sarek too harshly?

Right > Left

Pulaski was also more attractive than Crusher. I'm tired of pretending she wasn't

we know your writing style, just kys faggot samefagger larper

That's correct, those were Jewish nobles. Non-Jewish Jews, such as Roddenberry, are gentiles. And as the Talmud explicitly $tate$ "Kill the best Gentiles."

Diana Muldaur is a beautiful woman.

The Cardassians will never take my anal virginity. NEVER!

Why does Star Wars get so much criticism for re-making scenes with CGI in digital releases, but not Star Trek?

Samefagging implies you’re replying to yourself, newfren.

Attached: tuvok.jpg (325x396, 10.83K)

because nobody cares about trek

Star Trek enjoyers are of a higher calibre on average

George Lucas never remade scenes with CGI, he just added more VFX clutter.

The scene with the X-Wings approaching the Death Star in IV is entirely CG in the digital releases.

Trekkies have been and always will be weirdo losers that everyone hates.
Warsfags are well-adjusted individuals.

The only fanbase that is more deplorable is Whovians, or maybe WH40k fags.

I like Data and was fine with this. If every character instantly liked him, he'd be a mary sue. Having someone skeptical and more realistic about his situation was refreshing. I'm not a Pulsaki fan or anything, but I do think she would have been a far better character than holier than thou Crusher.

One of Q's best moments putting that raving lunatic in her place.

For as political as these nuTrek shows are, it's all just one sided social politics.

Reminder that Stewart treated Muldaur like shit on set and went out of her way to show her that no one wants her there.
The same Stewart that is now engaging in an ego project where he injects his personal life into the backstory of a fictional character.

Patrick Stewart is a scumbag and I hope Shatner will outlive him.

went out of his way*

became what they wanted but only who he temporarily needed to be**

i think there should have been more abuse of data and emh. they dont have feelings. theres no reason to treat them like people.

I dislike her because she was an UGLY OLD HAG

>prompt: Wesley Crusher

t. Dah-tah

And boring, and self-important, and stuffy, and like a dusty old attic. She exists only for contrarians to grab on to.

I bet bakula stuck around for everyone's scenes and told them they did a good job and patted them on the back and maybe baked cookies.

>named Murph
>does not do CrossFit
(((LIES)))

Muslim Bill Goldberg on the right.

nobody wanted her there

That wouldn't really do since this is Trek and it's all about respecting other lifeforms. Pulaski treated Data like another useful machine and saw him as nothing more until he suddenly got butthurt over losing to that alien.

>WH40k fags.
They're called minis.

No. The recent episode showed that Picard's father wasn't a bad man, and that he was doing the best he could. The show is building up to Picard himself hurting his mother by not listening to his father.

Not surprising. Likely because he desperately wanted to fuck McFadden.

Fuck off Reddit Loser Moron

>He likes Jazz, Poker, he's Canadian.
Only one good thing in there. What is it?

Why does Crusher whine until she gets her way, but never accepts responsibility for the consequences that comes as a result?

It's likely he was pissed off that they got rid of his hotter love interest to potentially pair him with a visibly aging in real time prune

She NEEDS to because she's designed to.
For a sample, in "They Lost Their Way", she's given temporary command of a small vessel and disavows the opinions of subordinates with good ideas. Oh that Crusher, she's a finicky one.

Isn’t it funny how Patrick didn’t change much over the years. He’s still trying to get his character laid with younger women.

The CG fx remake of TOS is as trash as any Star Wars fx remke

cardasioids

>On today's episode of Ready Room, I'll be interviewing myself, Wil Wheaton, hit star of the show Star Trek: The Next Generation, where I..I mean he will be advertising his new book

Attached: whybother.png (1920x1080, 938.97K)

CG shit in TOS isn't really fx-y, mostly just establishing shots.

Next Generation extras are very NPC-ish but I wish they were even moreso NPC-ish. Like to a ridiculous degree. Mouths weirdly open, staring straight forward and moving in random patterns. Maybe occasionally bumping into a wall.

thats stupid but they did have lots of extras, probably shanghai'd folks who were around the lot cause there's a lot of sneaky cameos.

I love how SL magnifies the autism of these communities. The 40k sims are an endless game of laser tag and capture the flag, the Whovians long ago realized it'd be cheaper to lump all their Londons and New Yorks into one mega region and let other groups play there, even the tumultuous Star Wars community with its rising and collapsing empires has agreed Tatooine and Coruscant are holy ground. But somehow the Trek community keeps fracturing because of egos and autism so there are dozens of smaller groups composed of members of the big fleet that used to exist, sitting alone in their empty starships remembering when things were better.
They were all given an equal opportunity to flourish but Trekkies just can't hold it together. Fascinating.

Attached: Snapshot_013.png (1920x1001, 1.25M)

Because very few people think the new effects are bad as whole. At most some dislike how they changed a couple of one off effects. Plus, the old effects are also an option unlike Star Wars.

Star Trek became a far-left propaganda tool. In a way it always was one, but at least back in the 80s it was counter-culture.
Now Star Trek is just a force that reinforces the dominant political power.

>Thanks for having me Wil. I love your hair by the way, it makes you look very cool. But first, a word from our sponsor

Star Trek was always political.
