I'm guessing Jimmy's final fate will be him going to prison and giving legal advice/pulling cons with inmates. Walt was the worst of them, so he died. Jesse was the most innocent, so he got to escape. Jimmy does bad things but has shades of goodness, so he gets the middle ground fate of actually being the one who gets caught. His journey ends where it began after the sunroof incident, behind bars. He was both Slippin' Jimmy and Saul Goodman. He fought the law and the law won. But he'll be happy that no longer had to hide, to look over his shoulder and be afraid, that he can finally "be colorful" again, and the series will end by going from black and white to color.
