I get why people have to be murdered in slasher flicks. They’re clearly evil because they engage in premarital sex and take the weed. But all this girl did was her job and decline a loan to someone who obviously couldn’t handle one.

Fuck off marxist

>nooo you have to decline loans to protect the bank from insolvency! won’t someone think of the banks and not the homeless for once?

MUH SURPLUS LABOR

MUH WEALTH SHARING

MUH COMMUNE

Money doesn't grow on trees you fucking socialist fuck liberal

This film is a rip-off of the short story Casting the Runes by MR James.

Yeah, I didn't think she deserved her fate. But she was cursed by an obviously evil gypsy witch. This movie was going for a fairy tale vibe.

right, it's made in computers

And why do we need money, you fucking boot licker?

money literally does grow on trees, what do you think paper is you retard?

Because nobody owes you their effort or resources

Raimi said she deserved it

She didn't deserve it.

>Money doesn't grow on trees you fucking socialist fuck liberal

Money doesn't even need to physically exist, it just gets brought into being at the click of a mouse button to bail out Jewish financial institutions and rob us through inflation.

kek kike OP BTFO

I don't have to agree with Raimi. The worse thing she did was kill a cat and she only did it out of fear for herself.

That shot of Justin Long crying because he can't save her gets to me.

Yeah but they already decided on the name.

this looks kinda dark

Raimi meme aside the movie really does show a blatant hatred for gypsies and depicts them all as pieces of shit, not just the old lady but her family/granddaughter who laughs at the qt being tortured and sent to hell over a bank loan that didn't matter anyway because the old lady was days away from the grave and also mocks her weight anxiety/eating disorder on top of it. Personally I think it's fair because gypsies are garbage and if they really could curse people they'd do it constantly.

Don't worry, jesus will save her

she was a woman, she was doomed from the start

That's why I liked it. Felt like a folk tale people would tell about gypsies to depict them as the rats they are

It's not, it's a movie called 'Take me to Heaven' and it's really uplifting when she gets saved.

That doesn't mean you need to work for another man your whole life for fun coupons.

Perhaps Raimi went too far in a few places

Stupid cgifest movie

she participated in usury.

should have taken justin long i hate that shitheel fuck

Jesuschrist wtf

What the fuck is this?
Who the fuck made this?

I thought a more interesting ending would've been she giving the button to her boyfriend at the last second just to save herself.

i laughed my ass off at this scene

Okay when you figure out how to convince me to build you a computer, house, car, give you food, clothing, and shelter some other way, you let me know.

sam raimi, only like THE BEST director alive, maybe learn about movie making BUDDY?

>What the fuck is this?
film adaptation of You Gentiles by Maurice Samuel

a nazi victory would have prevented this

My bad

I don't like slasher/horror movies in which "bad people" die. It's more entertaining to see good guys die since you actually root for them.

Kino Raimi film.

This movie is great. Worth a watch

Horror movies usually end on a bad note though. Seriously I can only think of a few horror films that have a "happy ending".

Ah yes, the trusty hangin' anvil. No shed is complete without one.

>take out loan because you want to buy some bling bling n shieeeeeeeeeeet
>act perplexed when you have to pay it back
why are chimpanzees like this? No thoughts beyond short-term fulfillment.

>convince me
Is this enough convincing for you?

No idea what this is but instantly knew it was Raimi
Good man

>gypsy-jew exposing the jewish secrets
was he dumb because of his half-gypsy heritage?

This wasn’t a slasher film

That’s why I can’t get into this movie
What the fuck business does an old gypsy piece of shit have condemning people to hell? That’s a power reserved for God.

it was hubris

Someone has to make those guns, glasses, and clothes. What's the incentive? Still haven't answered.

The movie is silly and its great. All you have to know is its Raimi and it makes sense. If you like Evil Dead style stuff you'll like it.

Well, gypsies are real
Flying bearded men in the sky on the other hand…

they fly now?

Yes it was. It was a raimi slasher film.

I almost puked watching this movie in theaters because I ate all my pretzels before the previews were over.

*tip*

What about your crab legs?

Instead of praying to our lord and savior Jesus Christ, she turns to witchcaft and the dark arts.

She got what she deserved

No kiddo. This is a ghost story, most akin to a haunting, or a possession, than a slasher, but thanks for trying.

I watched Matchstick Men today and she was so cute in that bros. Specially at the end with that tight dress.

Raimi recently talked about this

>“No, I feel that the poor girl was overpunished, as it happens in life sometimes"
>“It is a morality tale, she did do the wrong thing, but holy cow, give her a break! But that’s how this particular tale ends."
>“I thought it would be shocking to title the film ‘Drag Me to Hell’ and actually end it with giving exactly what the title demanded, and still making it incredibly shocking. I thought that was a really funny cocktail for me.”

I just remember the opening scene being ear piercingly loud in the theatre.
