From what I've heard Colombian or Chilean Spanish were the best ones. This applies for their subs too.
Gallego Spanish is ok but they can't dub shit. Everything sounds overacted and weird.
Mexican spanish is kinda in the middle and is more "international" thanks to the USA. Also mexican dubs are the best even if they ad lib a bit much. Sadly some of their dubs actors are now dead.
