I feel like I learn about some new DC shovelware series every week now. There's clips of Titans from like a year ago with live action Nightwing vs Red Hood and I'd never heard of it. There was no hype from anyone at all. Even I would've wanted this years ago but the costumes look like shit, script is sophomoric, lighting is bad, etc. They even got Sir Friendzone from GoT as Batman and I only know from random youtube clips of Dick Grayson be angsty and shouting fuck a lot. It's all so awful.

I've seen the Titans. It's pretty much what you'd expect from a CW show but has it's moments here and there.
I hated the GoT dude as Batman at first, but he works pretty well as a hallucination in Dick Grayson's mind.

With a proper Joker and none of the Meme Squad, his world would have been great. Him and Irons scenes in BvS were good. A seasoned Batman whose beating thugs to near death and branding them. They still could have had a fantastical Batman world with Affleck grounded in reality. Shame.

A Deathstroke movie was also in the works with The Raid director and could've been interesting but it got axed.
Not sure whether they plan on doing anything with Manganielo in the future.

Anything else, even the best stories, are just adaptations and not “true” to pic related, the first and most true Batman. You retards don’t understand this, and cry about MUH HEIGHT and MUH MUSCLE SUIT instead of just enjoying the newest adaptation as a multiversal tangent of the original character. Pattinson was unironically the closest we got to true the Batman on the screen, and if there wasn’t a line about white privilege this board wouldn’t be so divided on it.

Eh, not really. Characters evolve over time and I'd say BTAS and the Burton movies have been more instrumental on the modern collective image of Batman.
That being said, OG 30s Batman is one of, if not the best versions of the character, and it would be great if we got an adaptation of it one day.
Bonus points if it's a period piece.

That's based on Flashpoint Batman. The guy in the photo has worn many different suits, but he usually looks pretty good.
Hollywood projects depend on a specific team of costume designers who may not always be the most suited for the job.
