You can theoretically have them up to menopause but the chance of failed pregnancies or birth defects increases as you go later.

It's not even close to that high of a percentage and they scan for those issues really early in pregnancy and just abort them. It's why you don't see as many retarded kids around as you used to 20-30 years ago. Early testing for it is way more accurate and then they can just vacuum the mongoloid out and flush it or whatever.

Waiting until your 30's to have kids just makes way more sense in this economy anyway.
