well he aint wrong there. there werent any orc civilians tho, and as far as i know the humans never attacked any orc encampments that werent military ones, the orcs are the ones encroaching on human lands. he also seems to leave out that the orcs are an entirely militaristic slave race and their entire lives are centered around war. they dont have cities and factories to make anything but war machines. sure they might physically represent races that tolkien found distasteful at the time, but spiritually they represent military life more than anything
