Why was 2015 so great?

I turned 14 that year. Fuck I'm old now

2008-2017 were awful for me

twas a simpler time
a better time

true detective is 2014

>putting tpp and fallout 4 on there
you are fucking retarded.

They weren't

>tfw pizza and coke on a night in 2015
bros...we need to go back

I was in senior year in highschool then. Honestly I consider it the best year of my life.

As for why it was so great? I guess it’s the farthest we got at redpilling the normies and being out in the open. It’s like all our energy, memetic talent, and arguments that had been built up since gamergate at least got unleashed on broader society, triggered by trump as the catalyst, and the glow nuggets and establishment cucks and kikes had absolutely no idea how to respond.

Before the censorship you were seen as weird on normie sites like YouTube in 2015 if you weren’t homophobic and slightly racist. Trumps election was probably the last chance we had at reforming western society back to greatness peacefully without some great violence.

this has to be a reddit post.

*niggers

2015 was the year where everything irredeemably went to shit
>gay marriage gets legalized in America, companies start putting up rainbow logos on social media pages
>this emboldens the liberals
>Trump announces his candidacy and the media ramps up their propaganda output
>more nog chimpouts happen across America

The last full year where I didn't have suicidal thoughts.

im so fucking old

2016 was the only good year of my life.

2014-2016 was a small, short glimpse of good desu

>2015 was 7 years ago
>I will be 30 years old in 5 years

you can still watch tv, eat pizza, play vidya, and shitpost on the chans in 2020+2

2015 was not a good year for me. Possibly one of the low points of my life. 2007 was the peak before that. Now things have slowly been getting comfier and comfier.

34 here
2007 was semi decent

I'm still fucking playing fallout 4

29 years old started browsing 4chon at 14 ish, by the way.

I was in 8th grade in 2012. Why on earth would I be nostalgic for that? Besides I guess it being acceptable for me to state at adolescent tits and ass.

lmfao someone peaked in high school

Meant for

im turning 30 in 18 days holy fuck indeed

I was smoking so much weed back then. It sort of feels like it was the last year where "normalcy" was still being held together before the trump years where everything became extremely skewed and inverted

Only had 1 kid. Still looked great and was fit. Still had my bro as my roommate. Now I'm 60lbs heavier. Bro lives 55 miles away and is always busy. Have 3 kids now. Wife is always pissy. I became a drunk and started smoking.

2015 was a really comfy year overall. Last year games were great.

imagine being such an autistic shut-in that you consider that "the best year in your life" because of /pol/ memes. you're still young, go outside you fucking incel faggot.

>I will be 30 years old in 5 years
same here bro

I’m only 24 so could get better in my 30s or 40s I guess once I start getting mid to senior level positions and raking in dough.

College honestly sucked though. The parties were soulless and I only got a single hookup at one. I was constantly anxious about grades and getting a job out of college. I was never really all that close with the friends I made there. Got severely depressed early on because I went to an out of state school and missed home. Best part was coming home for summer and spending it smoking, drinking, and chilling with my highschool friends. And I guess the new found freedom I got was a lot nicer then highschool, but that doesn’t compare to freedom once you get a job after college.

We’ll not exclusively for pol memes. Had my first gf and first kiss too. My friend group was really nice as well, had tons of fun times with them. Spent a month in rural China as well during the summer, that was really comfy.

It was comfy and very cringe at the same time.

I was 12 in 2015

A distinction should be drawn between early and late zoomers. From my experience early zoomers are the most cynical of leftist sjw shit of any generation. I say this as a 1998 zoomer. Basically we grew up in the wake of 9/11 where we came to understand the world during a very realist and conservative time. Unlike the 90s we saw bleak images of war on tv screens, we were constantly reminded of 9/11, 00’s had a bit of a conservative Christian bent with W. in office, and so we had no utopian illusions. So when the sjw shit stated coming into the mainstream in the early 2010s a much more marginal portion of us actually bought into it at all. Compare this with late Sooners we’re indoctrinated with sjw shit from a much younger age.

I don’t know exactly when the cut off for early and late zoomer is but my younger brother who’s 4 years younger tells me how it is now, and it honestly sounds like a /pol/ greentext.

it's even weirder being a 1995 millenial. it's like watching the world go through like 5 schizophrenic personalities all in a short timeframe

I'm 31 and I started browsing this place when I was 18.

Lol. Lmao.

This thread is fucking depressing

The latter half of your 20s is literally the prime of life. I'm 24 and legitimately worried about wasting the rest of my best years on this shithole, but I can't bring myself to spend time offline for whatever reason.

i find it hilarious and it lifted my mood today

33 here. Same. You really are here forever.

your 30s wont be bad. i'm 35.

2015?! What are you a boomer? LOL!

Funny thing about MGSV and Fallout 4...they were broken games. And if that's how you're judging 2015....well, you're right....

Yep
Every time I thought the world would get saner
Somehow it always got stupider

2015 was the last non political year really.

Trump in 2016 turned 90% of the people in the west political and kicked internet censorship into overdrive.

As someone who is 30 and can remember the last 00s and was an adult in the early 10s 2015 was NOT a good year and you had Bruce Jenner becoming a woman, you had the first round of BLM shit, you had an increasingly anti white media narrative.

But it was certainly more comfy than 2022.

>The latter half of your 20s is literally the prime of life.
>I'm 24
so how do you know?

>kids are now nostalgic for fucking 2015 and trying to put it into the "good old days"
2007 was the last good year for the world and 1999 is the last good year to be born.

That should begin with 1946 desu. I don’t think anyones nostalgic of the trenches or Stalingrad.

is this bait?

>the Spanish-American War, World Wars, Roaring Twenties, and Great Depression aren't key 20th century events culturally and politically

>latter half

wrong. prime years are 17-25. better enjoy it while you can

replace that mainstream consolefag garbage with Rimworld and Factorio
