It honestly is good only in idea alone. The execution is pretty bland. The actual detective work isn't as cerebral as I was hoping it would be and the villain was underwhelming. I appreciate the more grounded tone but that alone isn't enough to make it interesting or special. It's not bad, just mediocre.
