Every time you break down a level of the game and go further and further into the strategy of the game it comes down to this “Can I steal your big blind more often than you steal mine?”. Then all the frequencies you bet, call, and raise fit into how well you defend it, and steal it. Even your bet sizes should be considered in that frame of looking at it. But yes, it is a game for autistic sociopaths, only because you have to be a masochist to play it often otherwise

I don't think there's any straight-up smoking gun proof that he cheated such as a secret recording of him discussing how to cheat with the casino manager... but if you analyze the way he plays, none of it makes any sense unless he already knows what is in his opponents' hands. He doesn't even try to hide it by pretending to lose hands fairly some of the time. He folds as soon as he knows that he can't win the hand, even when it looks shady as fuck and no other poker player would fold in that situation. He also calls every single bluff that comes his way. Also, his body language is way off. He has "duper's delight" written all over his face, constantly trying to stop himself from laughing and smiling.

the players left of the dealer put in small then big blind respectively, the dealer in this case isn't necessarily the person dealing the cards, just a token used to track play, after each hand (round of play) the 'dealer' is assigned to the player left of the current dealer. blinds are values of playing currency to encourage play, without them only high value hands would be played and the game would suck. by paying a blind you are betting blind so to speak and so priced into the hand. now a certain number of cards are dealt to players and/or a pool of cards on the table that anyone can use. now play passes around and players are given the opportunity to fold their hand meaning give up and forefit any bets until now, check meaning pass the play, call meaning increase their bet to the current bet, or raise meaning increase the current bet. the current bet starts at the player left of the big blind at the value of the big blind and goes around everyone until all players have checked, called or folded. in order to proceed every player must have matched the largest bet placed in the round or gone 'all in' if the game allows meaning pay as much money as they have being unable to meet the bet.
play potentially proceeds in this fashion as extra cards may be dealt to change the hands and make the game more interesting.
at the end of the hand the pot (betted money) is distributed among players defined by strength of hand and amount bet (defined by the rules of the particular game).
play is repeated ad infinitum or until one player holds all the money.
