he has 1000x times more personality than someone like you (or me), and is able to entertain and hold frame with 50-100k people while he sits in front of his pc for 12 hours a day. he makes 500k a month doing it. streaming is going to get more popular and mainstream, and like anything else the people who are exceptional in some way are going to rise to the top. meanwhile you will be seething and posting contrarian threads instead of having an open mind.

I used to occasionally watch admiralbulldog when I was a teen and played dota. Then I grew out of it, and realized most of his viewers are braindead third worlders who only play dota. He can be funny, but it's too bad he decided to stick to dota forever and play with literal retards who throw money at him instead of playing a variety of video games solo or with actual friends/other streamers

It's kind of weird, there's all this money, and time spend developing talent that is then put into writings scripts and hiring actors and people choose instead to watch random smucks on Twitch instead who play video games all day.

I feel as though Twitch is basically like some weird television network platform where you can go on it and basically just watch other people sit on their computer even though it's not that novel or interesting.

I think there has become some type of "buzz" along being an e-sports gamer and as well towards the whole platform of Twitch like the fact that there's all these slang and terminology and different emotes and things for each channel people just eat it up for some reason, like the fact that you can cheer people money
or "bits" individually if you like them enough.

Honestly I find it a fun way to interact with some interesting women that would be difficult to seek and potentially find in the real world though not necessarily a a replacement for that.

This is just totally a weird phenomenon though, a few years ago people were mystified that Pewdiepie actually had a streamer audience on youtube and Twitch just naturally progressed from there.
