They lost “The Hulk” the second bruce banner could control his anger. Before that, he was the trump card. After that, hes just another tool. The hulks entire power comes from him not being able control his anger. He is quite literally written as “more anger=more strength”. One of the few characters legit written with no power cap.

Half of me wants to give them credit for even having the balls for going duality hulk…but the other half is sad they just wipe their ass with the strongest character they have. I think the anger concept was too much for their tone. Its very clearly good vs evil, so having to rely on a character that is basically neutral and thrives on rage filled violence would probably translate to that fat ass PG-13 ticket sales

In terms of what his upper levels are anger look like well at least once he basically just started off super pissed off, at absolutely no one and started punches at the air which then turned into him punching at the walls of reality. Another Hulk in a mirror world was doing to same thing on the other side so everyone got scared of what might happen.
Juggernaut got a huge power boost once that gave him the same ability. In general in comics the upper levels of physical strength leads to crude reality warping.
