Fast food is cheap for a reason, and part of the reason is they serve a limited menu with tight, or somethings, no options on subututes.
If you want special service, go to a place that is charging more than a dollar (back then) for a burger.
Image paying $3 for a full meal and expecting them to do anything special for you.
