It's not Boba's helmet, there's no range finder and the armor on the body doesn't match. Just some other Mandalorian that's probably hunting Maul for revenge or hired by another crime syndicate. I'm getting the feeling this scene is a reluctant team up between Ahsoka and Maul like in the final Clone Wars episodes.
