What movies reduce to you ugly, bawling tears every time? For me, its Never Let Me Go, and Gattaca. Apparently, sad sci-fi gets me good.

this thread will die because you mentioned two genuinely kino movies and not capeshit or whatever flavour of the month movie/meme also no coombait image. but your taste is kino OP and you deserve to know it

You guys aren't alone! Gattaca has been one of my favorites since my dad showed it to me. Never Let Me Go hits me straight in the feels too.
Maybe its because I'm hibernian filth, but The Wind That Shakes The Barley is another movie that hits me where it hurts

Yi Yi a one and a two i think it's called
Can't help but cry my regrets away everytime

The ending of Armageddon. It's so manipulative, but I fall for it every time.

If you want some SF that moves me to tears, this scene fucks me up. KANEDA! TETSUO~!
youtube.com/watch?v=hR69EKvcW-4
I think it's just that the soundtrack is so great.

Sukida. Simple movie but hit right in the feels

>I DON'T WANT TO CLOSE MY EYES
Michael Bay is such a hack, but he's also so damn pure. I can't help but love him.

Haven't seen these, thanks for the recommendations anons.

>I cherish the memories of a question my grandson asked me the other day
>when he said, "Grandpa, were you a hero in the war?"
>Grandpa said no, but I served in a company of heroes
Fuck me, that brings the waterworks. My grandpa was a navigator on a b-24. He had nightmares about his ball turret gunner getting crushed during a crash landing until the day he died.

With The Old Breed is a fucking devastating, manly tears book. I recommend the Audible version, voiced by Sledge's actor from The Pacific. Here's the free version though.

I swear his stupid movies are just trojan horses for extremely poignant moments.

Arrival. Once it dawned on me exactly when and what was going on, the implications broke my heart.

Racism sucks, white on black or black on white. I've had friends get murdered, and friends go to prison forever.
And yes, this is the most ridiculous screenshot I could get.

Arrival was great. Amy Adams broke my heart.

Attached: theoden no parent.png (540x385, 158.05K)

it's not even a sad movie what the hell

The road, I miss you dad.

>losing your child to an incurable disease isn't sad
I'm glad I'm not this autistic

>A History of Violence
>Eastern Promises
Goddamn it, Viggo Mortensen is a great actor.

I love space exploration, and ryan gosling. and neil armstrong's life is so damn sad. I cried like ten times during this movie, they did a great job at getting me in the feels.

Attached: first man.jpg (758x1200, 984.7K)

I can't think of a movie I've cried at right off the top of my head (TV shows tend to get me like that more), but I watched The Godfather Part II for the first time recently and it's got perhaps the greatest final scene I can think of in anything
The fucking emptiness it leaves you with

>know your child is going to die in a few short years
>have her anyway because you can't bear not to have that little time
>you just love her so goddamn much
Fuck me. It's so goddam sad.
I could never be a parent. Even the thought of my kid dying hurts too much.

Wait, I've thought of one that really gets me: Cinema Paradiso's ending, with the Morricone soundtrack: youtu.be/WSkyoyyvnAY

The last 5-10 minutes of Chariots of Fire get me a bit teary.

>literally sobbing to a fandango clip
Gosling is the fucking man.
I can't kill myself until my parents die. They didn't deserve a loser like me, I can't put them through that pain

it's never shown, having it implied via time travel shenanigans isn't worth crying over, or do you cry over every death you read on the news?

youtu.be/6-rW6SGQmUk

I know it's from nu-simpsons but I swear this scene always reduces me to tears

Attached: 290.png (680x679, 500.02K)

>We shall go on to the end. We shall fight in France, we shall fight on the seas and oceans, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our island, whatever the cost may be. We shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; WE SHALL NEVER SURRENDER
Brits can be so badass.

You're not a loser

Doesn't the movie predate some of the 'nu' simpsons?

>it's never shown
Its clear that it DOES happen though
>having it implied via time travel shenanigans isn't worth crying over
The fact that Adams' character knows ahead of time makes it even worse. Knowing my cats are going to die in less than a decade is bad enough, I can't imagine how bad it would be with my own child.
>or do you cry over every death you read on the news?
Not every death, but I do cry sometimes. That ukrainian family that got mortared, 18 year old russian conscripts, yeah. I've seen enough killing firsthand to know how bad it is. I have tears enough for them.

Considering it was made when The Simpsons was already well past its peak, I think the Movie is way better than it has any right to be
It doesn't reach the highs of the real good Simpsons but it's closer than anything else they made after the golden age ended

Yeah as someone with a massive inferiority complex, Gattaca goes hard on me. My post reads like a reddit one so have a nigger.

>my brother...my captain...my king
>ride out with me!
>DEATH!!
>I can carry you!
>my friends...
>the last pages are for you

Nusimpsons started in season 8.

Atonement makes me cry, similar vein to Never Let Me Go.

>its her favorite song
>its her favorite song because its the song for her first dance at her wedding.
Fuck.

Same. Also pic related, every time.

pretty much any selfless sacrifice scene gets me in tears
only when im like 7 beers deep tho

>drinking 7 beers in a single setting
Literally why? Don't you feel bloated after the 2nd cup?

>cup
What's wrong with you? Mega cringe.

>Intentionally poisoning yourself just so you can tolerate your life

Attached: ISHYGDDT.jpg (400x400, 19.11K)

I'm sorry, jason alexander, but I DO do this.
I wish I didn't but life for a dumb working stiff like me just kinda sucks.

Attached: tiresome.png (1022x731, 642.76K)

Kek alright, can, whatever, i don't drink that much beer, 1 cup from a bar or at a party a week or every other week tops. I just can't imagine drinking over 1litre of beer during the same day it makes me feel bloated and fat... Rather drink a cocktail or a mix that'll do the job quicker, is tasty and doesn't make me feel like shit

I'm wondering if it's just my problem or even regular beer drinkers feel the same thing?

damn, I didn't realise it was reddit hours already.

he is absolutely a loser and so are you.

what the actual fuck is wrong with you? PLEASE go back to grooming kids on discord or whatever the fuck you 'people' do

kill yourself

Gattaca is a fucking masterpiece

why do pedos feel the need to project this hard

this board would be a lot better without the emotionless sociopaths
Go back to your capeshit containment thread pls.

You ever see those retards circle jerking watts true crime or willis dementia threads crying like a bunch of fucking neighborhood homewives gathered in a late Sunday afternoon talking about their husbands raping and beating them? They're either taking test blockers or are women, they're just so fucking retarded it's silly to even consider the probability of them being human.

>damn, I didn't realise it was reddit hours already.
I bet someone linked this thread on some "No boys allowed" discord.

>its badwrong to feel emotions
