Top 20

Yup

Nay it's undoubtedly one of, if not the BEST film of ALL time, right Star Wars bros?

That movie had so much balls! Rian is an absolute mad man.

I hated it because it wasn't exactly like empire strikes back

If not the absolute best.

and that's a GOOD THING!

Did you get tired of calling it the Evangelion of Star Wars?

I actually the Luke parts. Casino and Holdo make the movie irredeemable though

It's the only Star Wars movie that matters TBQH

why does a water planet have two suns? Oh right Rian is a retard.

Bump

what a dead thread lol

Thanks for the bump.

He unironically buck broke the entire star wars fandom and got away with it. He then created his own franchise and personally pocketed over $100M, while star wars faggots are stuck with reddit tier Disney plus shows forever.
Do something about it star wars faggots!

it is certainly up there with the other sequels and the holiday special.

hot glue

if thats true, then how do you explain the simple fact thats its shite?

RIAN-SAMA! I KNEEL!

TLJ is good because fuck Star Wars
It's the worst Star Wars movie, therefore the best Star Wars movie

>tanked the entire disney trilogy while making a better movie without even trying than the tryhard kike gayboy jew jew
i hate him but im starting to respect him

fpbp

>park rey starts whispering innocently lewd things in my ear
>jizz in my pants
>go to one of the bathrooms and kill myself
i am at peace

>sitting with legs spread-eagle
So trashy. Really suits the shitty sequels perfectly.

FPBP
It's awful, simply on the level of what qualifies as a movie, and that there are unironic fans of it is to how low standards have fallen.
That said, it's one of the better things Disney has done with the franchise, simply on merit of it being somewhat experimental, and I do like things about how Luke was handled.

>how low standards have fallen
Trust me, standards for this franchise hit rock-bottom with Phantom Menace.

I mean in general. I want you to think about your life.

Ugh, but that makes my head hurt.

If anyone actually wants to go to those island they're called Skellig Michael

So, are those actual ruins or something? Is it said who used to live there?

>Bunch of neat artistic choices like the gorilla AT-ATs and WWII bomber B-wings
>Best Kylo scenes
>Only non-dogshit Rey scenes in the entire trilogy
>True to Luke's character from the original trilogy
Don't get me wrong; it wasn't a great movie. It wasn't even a good movie. In fact, it was an awful movie. But it got a handful of things right, where the J.J. movies were just irredeemable drivel. It's the only one of the sequel movies I'd consider giving a second watch.

kinda based desu, though his movie did spawn like dozens of youtube movie reviewers and shit like geeks and gamers lol

Used to be his biggest fan, but now I hope someone makes him eat a bullet. True story.

Fat Rey is the best Rey of all time. She packed on a good 20 lbs here. What was Master Luke feeding her? Plenty of protein, I hope.

I wonder if they chose that spot by coincidence.
What group of monks btw?

Rian Johnson actually likes Star Wars.
JJ Abrams was also a Trekkie first and foremost.

>JJ Abrams was also a Trekkie first and foremost.
Then why did he base his first Trek film off of Star Wars?

>The Last Jedi is one of the Star Wars Films.
I agree with this statement.

let's see
1. Return of the Jedi
2. Attack of the Clones
3. A New Hope
4. The Phantom Menace
5. The Empire Strikes Back
6. Ewoks II: The Battle for Endor
7. Revenge of the Sith
8. Rebels (counting the entire series as a movie)
9. Mandalorian/Book of Boba Fett (counting the entire series as a movie)
10. Genndy Tartakovsky's Clone Wars (counting the entire series as a movie)
11. The Clone Wars (counting the entire series as a movie)
12. Solo
13. Rogue One
14. Droids (counting the entire series as a movie)
15. Ewoks: Caravan of Courage
16. Ewoks (counting the entire series as a movie)
17. Star Wars Holiday Special
18. Resistance (counting the entire series as a movie)
19. The Rise of Skywalker
20. The Force Awakens
21. The Last Jedi

Looks like it's not quite top 20 bud

Attached: 1588856354813.jpg (516x798, 139.11K)

correct

I didn't really like it, but it's much better than The Force Awakens and Rise of Skywalker. They legit felt like they were made by a machine.

the only sw ranking that ever mattered

1. empire
2. star wars
3. return of the jedi
4. the last jedi
5. revenge of the sith
6. force awakens

rest really dont matter

Go home, George, you're drunk again.

Geeks and Gamers was great until Jeremy went full alt-lite pander mode. 2018-2019 G+G was great.

The Last Jedi wasn't the first time the island was used as a filming location. The place is truly beautiful.
According to Wikipedia, it was maybe Augustinians, but no one knows when exactly monastery was built.

I admire your bravery.

monks of St Fionan. They moved there to be in isolation willingly to become closer to god. I have read that Irish monks followed a lot of principles of the "Fathers of the Desert" which led to them reaching islands like Iceland and the Faroe Islands. They probably inhabited the Shetland islands as well.
