S6 was the best season. Troy and Shirley were terrible characters that didn't lend themselves well to devloping stories. Frankie and Keith David were funnier, better characters and better actors.

You do of you are qb, which is the position that Troy played. The writers were so ignorant and disinterested in sports that they couldn't just think up a work around like changing his position to something that 5'7 glover could plausibly have played, running back. No wonder the character sucked so hard, the writers were apathetic towards him because he's an amalgamation of all their highschool tormenters (except not really, because again, Glover is a fat midge and never had the makings of a varsity athlete)

Season 6 isn't my favourite and I don't think it's the absolute best, but it's probably the most kino season because of the overarching story they give it
I love the sense of inevitability as they inch ever closer to the end and everything they do with Jeff and his arc is honestly just too good for some sitcom
