Yeah, you can either email files to your kindle email address (You can find this if you go >settings > personal info), or you can do the no hassle way of just plugging your kindle into your computer and drag and drop the files onto your kindle. Most common file types are supported.

Where are you dropping them? You have to drop them in the right folder, follow this (kindle>documents>downloads>items01) and put your file in that folder.

The issue with iq is that it only measure a part of the things that your brain can do, so it's not a very comprehensive sort of test at all. Why aren't social skills included? Or language ability or writing skills? With respect to race I think that there is something there to an extent. If you look at black people, they tend to emphasize emotional things more than whites, and are better at social sorts of skills like music and dancing. It's just my opinion but I think that black people evolved to emphasize social skills more than white people. The problem is that iq tests dont cover these things, so that's why white people and asians come out on top. It's not really that white people are more intelligent, just that they excel at the iq test a bit better.

Except not every single human passes their DNA. Modern society has made it easier for subhuman people to keep burdening their offspring with shit genes, and I do agree some degree of eugenics would do us good, but it has to be more lax than only letting certain people whose traits we desire reproduce.
