post yfw Trump wins against either of them

He wins against any but Sanders.
He’s a populist and establishment never wins against a populist. All perfectly fine with the Democrats

he can win against biden, that's for sure. But Sanders has a pretty good chance of winning against trump.

youtu.be/bc21Dem5Fac

you said that bernie would win, you prick

who the fuck did this poll lmao

He can beat Trump, clearly. Can he beat the DNC and their “super delegates” who all hate him? Probably not

Polls mean nothing didn't trump's election teach you anything?

why is everyone so sure that Sanders would beat Trump? socialism is really not palatable to middle America; only coastal-fags like socialism and globalism.

shut the fuck up, dumbass

Sanders is clearly a worker first guy. Coastal socialists are about fashion.

he's right tho

He's a socdem not a socialist.

gb2 reddit, butterguy. I'm tired of you crying about all this shit.

>In March 2016, Biden spoke at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) Policy Conference in Washington, D.C. In his speech, he stated, "We're all united by our unyielding—I mean literally unyielding—commitment to the survival, the security, and the success of the Jewish State of Israel."

>Sanders supports Palestinians' rights and has criticized Israel on several occasions. In 2020, he described the American Israel Public Affairs Committee as a platform for bigotry and said he would not attend its conference.

If anything Bernie would be a Christian Democrat if he was European

Do Christian Democrats in Europe praise Castro and Chavez and say that "white people don't know poverty"?

>le "Bernie would be a moderate in Europe" meme.
FUCK OFF! If enacted, Bernie's plans would cost 70% of GDP and 50% of the workforce would be employed by the federal government. Nothing in Europe is close to that.

Aldo Moro was friendly and cordial with both Yasser Arafat and George Habash

If France can have a state capitalist economy there's absolutely no reason America couldn't, what's the point of American imperialism and militarism if not to make the whole American nation richer?

He’s not a socialist, but no, it is growing more popular. Trump voters will even vote for him. That’s why he’d win.
>socialism and globalism
Two very different things fyi

The French economy was in the shitter and Macron is having to make it more similar to the American economy in an attempt to save it.

really a workers first kind of guy, taxing your 401k so he can give free healthcare and college to illegal immigrants

Bernie's a clown, he will lose. Done nothing but lose all his life.

I want Bernie to win but I'm afraid, similar to how Brexit acted as a harbinger to the same type of right wing populism that allowed Trump to get in, we've recently had another case of this that is even more relevant to the situation: Our Bernie Sanders (Jeremy Corbyn) just got trounced by the Conservative party leader who is seen as 'Britain's Trump' (Boris Johnson). I suspect the result will be similar for Sanders vs Trump, with him seeing all sorts of smears used against him by the fearful elite-controlled media. Sanders does have an advantage being Jewish though, so it'll be harder to lie about him being anti-semitic, like Corbyn had to deal with.

Stories are always about conflict. Being defeated but coming back is inspiring as fuck.

While it's not a certainty, he's definitely the only one who has a chance. Putting a boring centrist against a populists when people are sick of the system didn't work in 2016, it has almost no chance of working in 2020 even when the current one has a penis.

Sanders on the other hand captures the same pissed off people and has policies that will benefit most of the voters if they get far enough to hear/read about them. The social smear isn't too effective when it aims at basics like healthcare and living wage.

>your
Most workers don't make anywhere near the amount to get taxed higher by him.

It's been like that for decades and still works just fine. Growth meme is just that, a meme. Frogs have living standards Burgers can only dream off.

Sanders would've beaten Trump in 2016. But after a Trump's basically ok presidency in many areas and given how much credibility the american 'left' has lost in the last 4 years, it seems unlikely that Bernie will win, it's already much harder to win against an incumbent and Trump has performed better than Bush did.

>FUCK OFF! If enacted, Bernie's plans would cost 70% of GDP and 50% of the workforce would be employed by the federal government. Nothing in Europe is close to that.
Then how comes that every study on Medicare for All, including the Koch brothers funded Mercatus center one, found that the plan will actually save trillions of dollars?

>It's been like that for decades and still works just fine
It was clearly not working given the terrible performance under Hollande.
>Growth meme is just that, a meme
t. obscurantist retard
>Frogs have living standards Burgers can only dream off.
Even in the poorest states, the median (not average, median) income in the US beats the median income in France when adjusting for purchasing power.

The UK election was more about Brexit and Corbyns position was ... too reasonable, and just not clear enough for the voters. And labour programme was generally too complicated. They failed by approaching it like a serious debate where the best argument wins, when elections are a popularity contests about the best soundbites.

Sanders is much more direct, and yeah, smearing him as anti-semite will be harder, although they still try. Plus Burgers tend to be more courageous when it comes to change if you sell it to them. Someone like Trump would never have a chance in a civilized country. Bernie has all of the "fuck establishment" elements and simple policies to improve lives.

The bigger issue for Sanders are the centrists trying to steal the shit again.

Shit, quoted the wrong guy. Meant

Bernie has more plans than M4A, retard

It's an unfortunate branding error on Sander's part but it's the term he's abided his entire political career. Trump's white working class support base would benefit most from his policies but they are too much enthralled by his racially coded immigration rhetoric and are probably scared of the word "socialist." And many coastal fags would opt for Biden, because they have money and don't want to be taxed. Sanders appeals to a particular millennial layer that has been given economic short shrift, which also happens to be the biggest generation in the country population wise so it may be enough to carry him.

>I want Bernie to win
not happenin. all of the establishment has gathered behind biden. he has rebounded in basically all southern states. bernie has california but it doesn't matter in the end because as long as biden is close to bernie, he will win. the DNC, sadly, doesn't have any sort of obligation to the american people here. if i was a communist Ii know bernie isn't a commie but still) and i joined the republican party, it would be totally reasonable for them to deny me the nomination, even if i won the vote, because i dont represent their ideals as a party. anyone, actual democrat or not, can vote for bernie. the DNC has every right to deny him the nom, and they're going to, unless bernie won in a blowout. that's not happening anymore

Well I found a plan where he saves trillions. Now it's your turn to point out a plan of his that is not economically viable.

Which of his key ones would be an issue? Only the job guarantee one sounds stupid as fuck but he might be too busy with other shit and just introduced it for the dumb boomers.

Expensive shit like Green New Deal are still far, far, faaaaaar cheaper than dealing with the consequences of climate breakdown.

anyone else voting for trump in hope of another war so you could see all the cool art being made from it

>why is everyone so sure that Sanders would beat Trump?
because they are mouthbreathing zoomers who don't remember that G.W. Bush was much more hated than Trump is, and STILL served two terms when everyone thought he wouldn't stand a chance. They also have never studied American history which shows only a handful of presidents have only served one term (not including deaths).

By denying him they might actually kill the party though. Which would be great but, it's unlikely they are that stupid, as much as they hate him.

>G.W. Bush was much more hated than Trump is, and STILL served two terms
Bush literally committed election fraud though.
