Are pandemics a literary time...

Are pandemics a literary time? Once Corona finishes off 50% of mankind (hopefully taking as many women "writers" as possible), can we expect a new golden age of post-cataclysm literature? I'm already prepping to write the Decameron of our time.

No and you're a bad writer.

t. doesn't know that corona is already circulating in his blood

I kept hoping Ebola would cleanse Africa and the white man could make a paradise of the Kenyan highlands and Rhodesia but unfortunately it was a bust.
I will keep my fingers crossed about women writers and corona though

You need to stop watching CNN faggot. This is going to turn out to kill less people than an average flu year.

I bet you trust chink numbers
This is just like “oy vey goyim you shouldn’t be scared of terrorists because it’s more likely you’ll die by getting hit by an asteroid”

Coronavirus is a nothingburger screencap this post

this, ignore brainlet hysteria

50% of humanity would be more than any other plague, it's not going to happen at it's worse it'll cause a recession not a near apocalypse. Hell might even be good long term as it's mostly fatal to the old, get some boomers off social security early.

Why do faggots have to turn everything into a happening? It's totally happening this time bro just trust me!

This, fucking schizos

WHO literally just announced a higher than expected fatality rate today. It’s at least 3x higher than flu by the way.

>finishes off 50% of mankind
Probably not that many.
>(hopefully taking as many women "writers" as possible),
It mainly kills older people with pre-existing conditions. Basically a boomer-killer, so yeah a lot of pretentious female writers will probably go.
>can we expect a new golden age of post-cataclysm literature?
Plagues are followed by renaissances. They clear out unhealthy genetics while inducing labor shortage and therefore raising the price of labor, leading to higher liquidity. Humans are too good at civilization, and tend to create situations in which genetic selection pressure is too low. Plagues are sad, but necessary.

Dance with death based user. Hope to see you happy, either here or on the other side.

Enjoy the boomercaust then. One day we'll write books about how it wasn't that sad, as most of the people killed were worthless anyway.

I didnt know China made flu gulags every fall.

t. Chong Wong Fong Bing Bong

Which is still based off of false Chinese data.
In Italy the data shows a max of 33%. Of course, the difficulty in determining this is what data is being used. Do you just take all cases and the deaths? Likely too low. Only the deaths and recovered? Way too high.
Some are estimating around 10%, which would be devastating. Keep in mind that they are now saying people can reinfect, although this is unclear if it stays in the body or if they are catching it again.

Overwhelming the medical services and an economic collapse could mean an even higher mortality rate. Anything around 20% would be a catastrophe.
Currently almost everyone that needs it is getting the best care. But there aren't that many respirators, so once they are maxed all those critical patients will die.

The boomer meme is a lie. This shit is killing doctors in their 30s and 40s, even athletes have died.

>3x higher than flu
The flu is only like .1% or something.

>DUUUUUDE ITS JUST LIKE 3% LMAO
3% would be basically WW2 death toll levels
