We by Yevgeny Zamyatin
just fucking read it you lazy sod, it's not very long.
learn to form your own opinions.
it could've been benefitted from a better title
what
Definitely copy of the Orwell's 1983. Not recommend.
but its way before Orwell?
>we
>The novel was first published as an English translation by Gregory Zilboorg in 1924 by E. P. Dutton in New York.
>1984
>It was published in June 1949
"we" inspired Orwell
It's good.
Better than 1984
Partially agree. I think the ending is realized in a much better way
it's better than brave new world and 1984.if you've read these already there aren't more ideas discussed in this book.if you haven't read them swap bnw with this.

GON BE
Based
Yeah right! Imagine wanting to discuss about literature ON a literature board... Like what the hell dude... That's for brainlets!
Interesting concept sadly ruined by the authors awful knowledge of mathematics and sciences, which made the read cringy as hell. How hard is it not to write about shit you know nothing about?
You are retard
ESLfags OUT
Good book, I liked how he used math to form descriptions.
Great book
I'm not even an ESLfag, you're just really stupid.
Of Fahrenhenheit, BNW, 1984, Lord of the Flies and some other dystopian novels; this was my least favourite.
Awful book
It was great book, but it had some low points, where you had no idea what's going on until you reread a chapter 2-3 times (I didn't read a translation). Like for example, in that chapter where the spaceship does a test flight. The ending is perfect though.
Literal Garbage.
