I can do around 45 goblet squats. Is that decent or should I be ashamed for revealing this?

Very cool!

Not in hamburger units. Not taking care of body, especially glutes, is for pseuds

I only do 30lbs dumbell curls and 3 sets of 20 dips.
Cardio is a real mans activity.

I do this for a minute as fast as I can for ten sets every morning.

What's the point of weight-lifting when you can do bodyweight exercises? It's more natural and trains discipline as well as just strength

At the library.

HH quads yikes
what routine? PPL might be a good option, given the lifts you have

I only weighed 180lb when i hit these

that's good user

I can do 'bout fitty bodyweight squats. I'll do sets of 15 holding a 52lb kbell

I don't do any of those other exercises. Mostly I do calisthenics. Pushups (decline, etc, all kinds), pullups, situps, planks, mountain climbers, forward lunges, leg throws etc. If I'm in a gym I'll do cable pulldowns.

My deadlift is a pathetic 260lbs, my back squat is 220lbs and my bench press is like 100lbs total. At least I'm only in the beginning of my /fit/ journey and I expect to improve a bit fast since I only began and won't plateau for the next few months at least.

What the fuck? I call bullshit.

I personally deadlift a container containing all the books I've read. And I add a book to each container after I read it.

This way I get /fit/ and Yea Forums. Try me bros

If you aren't DLing at least a quarter ton then what the fuck are you doing?

We made the freshmans hit 'quarties' and then by the time they were seniors in colleges they hit halfsies (1000 lbs, a half ton)

The deadlift world record is 1102. You were mandated to hit 102 lbs below the world record at your college? Where the fuck did you go to school?

>The deadlift world record is 1102.
Correct

>You were mandated to hit 102 lbs below the world record at your college?
If they survived. Only about 50% of the seniors could actually hit it, and many of them had to go to the hospital even if they did meet it. We would have ambulances ready during that day.

Just spend more time on either bench ohp/and a biceps so pullups or lat pull down.

Been running Greyskull for a while now--doing dips wrong also fucked up my shoulders and I'm just starting to recover. What is HH quads? And what's a /fitlit/ approved PPL routine?

I think I was benching too narrow for the longest time. And my OHP won't budge even though I feel I put more into it than any other lift. Doesn't help that I'm cutting.

unironically /plebbit/fitness ppl routine is good, has you do a lot of chest/shoulder work

Idk I just started lifting dumbbells and I signed up for a free gym but I haven't gone yet so I've yet to do anything with a barbell

uhh I can curl 25 lbs each arm though

What would /fit/ know about Yea Forums's lifts?

I just do calisthenics

peak fitlit

Squat 550 lbs.
Deadlift 660 lbs.
Bench Press 452 lbs.
