When I had bad social anxiety it would trigger a negative shitty mood and made me anti-social which created a negative feedback loop.

My solution was to do trial by fire, I got a job where I was forced to do public speaking and lots of interaction daily. Now my social anxiety is totally gone and my mood is normal to good.

I've had a narcotics addiction withdrawal. I wish that shit on no one. If I were addicted to a heavy medication today the way I was at its worst I would sign into rehab without question. Its safer and structured and supportive. Withdrawal is too chaotic without help. That shit is rough, I hope Peterson comes out of it okay.
