None.
Is it a worthwhile activity to read them?
I could just pirate some good books save the money

wikipedier

This may blow your mind but many magazines have articles for free online.

The Baffler, nonsite, n+1, Damage, WSWS, Monthly Review, The New Inquiry

Journalists are cockroaches. I don’t read anything they write.

Le Monde Diplomatique always amazes me with their articles, they include book reviews and an overview of themes in noteworthy journals in their print edition too

Harpers, occasionally New Yorker but I havent read a good issue of the latter in about two years at this point

Good ones -- will add london review of books (adam philips), NYRB

Edge.org is interesting too

The Economist is cool sometimes, they pour some good information into their articles

The Spectator and, on long train journeys, Prospect (though it's mostly smug, left-wing nonsense).

What's the best way to get The New Yorker physical mags for cheapish

How the fuck do you get your information on current events then?

I read porn magazines for the articles.

Theft from hospital waiting lobbies

Edge.org is an Epstein property so take the fact the edge.org scholars are pedo rapists with a grain of salt

Me too, though I don't know if you're referring to the American version. I read the British one

Harpers is actually really good but they only give you (((one free article))) before paywalling you the greedy shits

Anything that requires subscriptions or has regular publications will not put out material worth reading. It will mostly be filler or popular culture.

But the paywalls are what make me so jealous I can't read their articles.
