I'd like to read about sexuality from the perspective of psychology but I fear modern psychology has been kidnapped by feminism/gender ideology/queer theory.

Go to any IQ thread n /sci/ and look at how they solve the image matrix problems. After a few tries you will have become much more proefficient at solving them. That's only one part of IQ tests but becoming better at it won't make you any worse at the other parts.
You can also improve your short-term memory by reguarly memorizing strings of numbers, letters and words, and by using mnemonic methods.
That alone should be enough to boost your score.
