There's a difference between conscious practice in sex and cumming into a tissue multiple times a day. Whilst some would argue it's avoidable, I have a nocturnal emission once every 20 days which I believe is the body regulating itself. There's differences between a nocturnal emission and ejaculating but on a simple level, I do not lose 20 days worth of semen (compared to when I used to fap) at once so I evidently produce much less than before.
