spook means a "phantom of the mind", basically any dogma or other rule that stops you from doing what's best for you as an individual

that being said, relligion might be a spook for an individual, but not for his fellow man, stirner ratifies you free wil in doing whatever the fuck you want, as long as you accept it as part as your identity, and it brings you satisfaction, you can follow any system you wish. Logic and reason do not have any say in any priority list. When you have a priority list, logic and reason can be used to discern benefits of various comparisons, scenarios etc.
So, if I believe for whatever reason that guiding humanity would be beneficial for me, I could see that I should therefore put effort into etiquette depending on the potential audience I want, if all are as good as any.
