You seem to think that MBTI, or the version of MBTI presented by 16personalities which is ridiculed by more serious people. MBTI, which is generally seen as Western Jungian Typology by people who've gotten into through MBTI tests, doesn't deal in four polar dichotomies, but in either a four or eight function model. For example, INTP is seen in the four function model as
Ti-Ne-Si-Fe
and in the eight
Ti-Ne-Si-Fe Te-Ni-Se-Fi
the extra four being considered your shadow functions and representative of your shadow. It can get more complex.

There are some problems with typology in general, so I can sympathize with your disdain, the first and predominant problem being its theoretical nature.
