Notes from Underground. Then read something that is not written by Dostojevskij. I would suggest Fathers and Sons by Turgenev, or maybe something by Tolstoy.

You evolve. You read even better literature. You read Fight Club, Chuck puts Dostoe to shame

>Notes from Underground
Ok, will do
>Then read something that is not written by Dostojevskij
I obviously am almost everyday, you don't think I've only read 3 books in my lifetime?

Ok, stop reading and go outside.

War and Peace

...can I still listen to audiobooks on my way downtown though?

fathers and sons

"The demonic forces" by Pikul.

Read some short stories before moving on. An Honest Thief, White Nights, The Dream of a Ridiculous Man, and The Double are thematically similar to his other works, but are excellent nonetheless, and those are just my favorites.

If you're asking about dostoevsky the yes, yes I absolutely am going to assume you've read only 3 books.

The Eternal Husband was quite nice.

everything else
Notes from Underground, Demons, his short stories, everything

you're a midwit trying to feel like a big man

The Heavenly Christmas Tree is my favourite.

Why do you guys like Dostojevski so much? He's not that good. I have gotten The Idiot, Crime and punshment, and various other books by him on my shelf that have been accumulating dust because of how boring they are. You guys memed me hard.

You go to hell, fag.

Try Turgenev. He was my (re)introduction to Russian lit, after I had given up on Dostojevskij multiple times.

The idiot was boring. Everything else by him is good though.

just read the first half of crime and punishment, it's like grand theft auto that way
