The symbolism reveals itself in different scenarios throughout any of the novels. Think of it as the language of Art. I can't think of any particular examples right now, but think of it as like coincidences in the narrative, different objects and scenarios linking up to give a broader significance and meaning to whats happening. okay a bullshit example would be like Joe Schmoe is a symbol for riches, or whatever, now everything that this gfuy comes into contact with is going to change the context of the scenario, just becasue of his inherent symbolism he holds. That;s just the art of it, really, but the meaning of these symbols has a deeper significance, especially when you take for example like dreams and shit.
