I don't like this negroidic way of thinking and speaking. You don't walk up to a server and say "Sandwich." You say "I'd like a sandwich, please." You don't walk up to someone and say "Time." You say "Excuse me, have you got the time?" It's not just about politeness, it's about training your mind to express itself in complex syntax so that your behavior becomes progressively more subtle and more capacious as you mature. I was selling something online recently and I would get emails that just said "Where" with no punctuation, I guess asking where I was located.

It's creepy to hear or read someone speaking in flat declarative sentence fragments, but expecting a response. It makes me picture a retard caveman. It's almost like I can hear the hollow empty inside of your shitty head as it gestures at things you want and goes "GIVE." It's doubly insulting that the more I reach out with my mind in an attempt to understand yours, just so that I can interpret your lazy thinbrain "Where" messages, the more I learn you don't care about any mind outside yours, you just want to gesture at things and demand them like a horrible little monkey. Massive amounts of foreigners have turned the English language into a pidgin for making small purchases, and cellphones just accelerate the process. People literally think in texting shorthand now. This is a nightmare and there's no escape from it. All there is left to do is watch the textthinking mulattos shamble around and lazily gesture at things they want until we finally hit peak nog and it's indistinguishable from a Congolese cargo cult ca. 1870.

Homosexuality is a dumbest trend of this century.

This but it’s hot

[To find a kiss of yours]
Federico García Lorca - 1898-1936
translated by Sarah Arvio

To find a kiss of yours
what would I give
A kiss that strayed from your lips
dead to love

My lips taste
the dirt of shadows

To gaze at your dark eyes
what would I give
Dawns of rainbow garnet
fanning open before God—

The stars blinded them
one morning in May

And to kiss your pure thighs
what would I give
Raw rose crystal
sediment of the sun

Based autist.

Stop. Watching. Porn.

The most beautiful depiction of the topic I've ever encountered in world literature:

The sun was risen upon the earth when Lot entered into Zoar.
Then the Lord rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the Lord out of heaven;
And he overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground.
But his wife looked back from behind him, and she became a pillar of salt.
And Abraham gat up early in the morning to the place where he stood before the Lord:
And he looked toward Sodom and Gomorrah, and toward all the land of the plain, and beheld, and, lo, the smoke of the country went up as the smoke of a furnace.

ok but say favourite poem

Already did. Now I have a boyfriend

i love that all men dream to have the same power over roasties as the power of roasties over men. YOU JUST KNOW that men want to have the easy life of sluts and make roasties compete for them, then just pick the slut of the week, like women do. YOU JUST KNOW that men want to be loved just for existing

I don't actually want that. I'd rather live in a world without fornication at all.

Homer would have written it far better

You know nothing. I only want a loving wife of good character with whom raise heirs and to help build up a homestead and take care of me in old age. Whores in the country where I live are cheaper than internet service yet here I am speaking to you instead of fucking them because surprise surprise not everyone is a degenerate hedonist. I think you've mistaken an unfortunate feature of a particular culture in a particular place in a particular time for a universal. Worse, you've projected a poison pill you've internalized on everyone else. Contemporary western culture brainwashes men to worship sterile promiscuous sex instead of God and to treat it as a surrogate for social status and they do this to sell consumer products to men who had no fathers in their lives and have never stepped foot inside a church.

>Whores in the country where I live

Where?

>Contemporary western culture brainwashes men to worship sterile promiscuous sex instead of God

There's no evidence in favor of any of the Gods creted by the religions of the world.

Can there be some sort of god? Yes. But not the one of the known religions. All of them have been disproven.

And I honeslty don't think you want a wife because of respect for religion. It's something much simpler, probably the need for human contact, for the sense of belonging, a need to end loneliness, and so on.

Love Poem to a Butch Woman
BY DEBORAH A. MIRANDA
This is how it is with me:
so strong, I want to draw the egg
from your womb and nourish it in my own.
I want to mother your child made only
of us, of me, you: no borrowed seed
from any man. I want to re-fashion
the matrix of creation, make a human being
from the human love that passes between
our bodies. Sweetheart, this is how it is:
when you emerge from the bedroom
in a clean cotton shirt, sleeves pushed back
over forearms, scented with cologne
from an amber bottle—I want to open
my heart, the brightest aching slit
of my soul, receive your pearl.
I watch your hands, wait for the sign
that means you’ll touch me,
open me, fill me; wait for that moment
when your desire leaps inside me.

I'm not going to besmirch the reputation of this nation by giving its name. It's a very, very poor country so I don't blame the local women for resorting to that vice and it's a pagan country so it's not like the locals know any better. Westerners who come here for that don't have those excuses, but still I understand that those men are very desperate in their own way too, because they've been misled into lasciviousness by a toxic culture yet at the same time shut out of even normal courtship by that same culture, and I don't resent them personally. I stayed in a ridiculously cheap capsule hotel for a few days in the foreigner area when I first moved here and was so disgusted by the amount of prostitution, pimpery, drugs, drunkenness, tattoos, obesity, and poor fashion on display I bought the first apartment I could find as far away as I could. The West is utterly disgusting to me and I feel that it poisons every place it sends a tendril out to.

Can you at least say the continent? I think you may be talking about my country.

>no evidence in favor
There is evidence both for and against the existence of God which can be interpreted broadly, just not proof either way. Evidence and proof aren't synonyms. Use your words more carefully. You're overstating your position in a way that demonstrates a lack of familiarity with formal thinking.

>All of them have been disproven.
You went from a mere lack of "evidence" (proof) to having been disproved, which is a leap in logic so vast the sky is envious.

>And I honeslty don't think you want a wife because of respect for religion. It's something much simpler, probably the need for human contact, for the sense of belonging, a need to end loneliness, and so on.
I plainly gave you my reason for wanting a wife in my previous post, and it wasn't religion per se, but rather the desire to have a home and children. I want a family life. Some people are holy and called to live a single life for God, but I wasn't. Read more carefully.

>Contemporary western culture brainwashes men to worship sterile promiscuous sex instead of God and to treat it as a surrogate for social status and they do this to sell consumer products to men who had no fathers in their lives and have never stepped foot inside a church.
nice motte & bailey
your main position is pretty clear here just you don't want to actually defend it

>ou went from a mere lack of "evidence" (proof) to having been disproved, which is a leap in logic so vast the sky is envious.

All religions have a creation myth, and several main figures that state the veracity of that creative myth. Since we now know how our species mutate throw natural selection over the course of millions of years all the religous texts have been proved wrong.

Also, most religious texts have myths and explanatons for natural events that have all been explained over time. Since these texts are to be inspired by God, the creator of all things, is actually strange that they are written in a way that perfectly mirrors the knowledge of the human populations of the time the text emerged.

I don't need a motte and bailey when you're the one on the defensive. You claimed that every man is as consumed by lust and promiscuousness and fornication as you are. That claim is false. I stated that I only want a wife, and mostly to establish a household so I have family in old age. This fact disproves your claim. Do you concede that point?

Only then did I embark on a corollary to my main position, only part of which is what you're taking issue with now, likely as a red herring as I hope you've abandoned you original overly broad claim about the inner life of all other men and couldn't move the goalpost any further after I corrected you about the specific content of my statement regarding the reason why I want a wife not being religious in itself, though I think it could have gone without saying that it is colored by my general worldview because that observation serves my argument rather than yours.

In my corollary, I went beyond your reasoning and explored the reason behind your misunderstanding, an overemphasis on and overestimation of sex which is part of a wider cultural-historical trend which is very much tied to the substitution of God with hedonism performed by capitalist consumer culture. Even if you reject the existence of God you must must admit that hedonism and family breakdown are consequences (and in part causes) of the mass apostasy and breakdown of religious life that the west has undergone since the 1960s. I think you're trying to turn this into a debate about the existence of God because you know your initial assertion is indefensible and now you're clutching at straws.

>All religions have a creation myth
Factually incorrect. Many religions don't have a creation story as a central, fixed component, and make reference to other myths or other religions to answer such questions, if they bother at all. Many religions have a cyclical or "eternal universe" cosmology. You should have qualified your statement with "all major world religions I'm personally familiar with" but even then good luck determining how central or authoritative any particular creation story is in any particular religion is supposed to be for any particular sect. You're presuming (wrongly) that every religion has an equivalent to Genesis 1 and 2 which is conceived of the same way that Biblical literalists conceive of them. That's laughably ignorant.

>and several main figures that state the veracity of that creative myth
Even more false than your previous assertion. You're projecting an Abrahamic prophet-lawgiver model on other religions, most of which lack those traditions.

>Since we now know how our species mutate throw natural selection over the course of millions of years all the religous texts have been proved wrong.
Most religions don't even have texts at all. You realize that people have been around for a long time before they started to write things down, right? The doctrine of Biblical inerrancy is limited to...the Bible. Muslims and Mormons borrowed that idea. That's about it for 1:1 analogues. Spoken or written words are actually considered inherently inferior to experience/reality or suspect by many religions. You're just lumping everything together, aren't you?

>Also, most religious texts have myths and explanatons for natural events that have all been explained over time.
Most religious texts are actually pastoral care manuals lol

>Since these texts are to be inspired by God, the creator of all things,
Wow. Have you ever actually read any religious texts? You realize that you're projecting the Christian doctrine of divine inspiration on to literally every religious text ever written? Not every religious text makes such claims of itself, nor has any such thing been claimed about the majority of religious texts.

>is actually strange that they are written in a way that perfectly mirrors the knowledge of the human populations of the time the text emerged.
This observation doesn't even say anything meaningful about the Christian doctrine because it's divine inspiration, not divine dictation.

You're speaking ridiculously broadly on a topic you obviously have no familiarity with. Your weakass argument hinges on pretending that every religion ever is identical to Christianity, and even then you demonstrate a misunderstanding of what Christianity actually is.

>I only want a wife, and mostly to establish a household so I have family in old age

Not the same people, but why do you want that? Do you want to pass your genes to the future?

By the way, are you asian?

I don't want to end up dying alone on the street or in an old folk's home because I don't have anyone to really care for me once I become unable to work. This seems like it should be common sense.

>and even then you demonstrate a misunderstanding of what Christianity actually is.

In the end you will simply state that anything that Christ says or that is written in the Old Testment that is scientifically wrong is only a "metaphor" and shouldn't be understood literaly.

Is always the same thing over and over again.

I don't think this is a good reason for you to have a family. Children grow up and move foward to their own lives, and a spouse may die before you. It's none of my business, but I really think that you wiull suffer far more if your force yourself to marry someone if you dont really love that person. Marriage requires a lot of intimacy, and you can be sure that you will not only have to deal with your own problems, but also with those of your partner. If you are in it only because you fear being alone you might just be fooling other person into thinking that you really want to be with her.

To the thread. This poem is written for a male, so I guess it qualifies:

Sonnet 29, Shakespeare

When, in disgrace with fortune and men’s eyes,
I all alone beweep my outcast state,
And trouble deaf heaven with my bootless cries,
And look upon myself, and curse my fate,
Wishing me like to one more rich in hope,
Featur’d like him, like him with friends possess’d,
Desiring this man’s art and that man’s scope,
With what I most enjoy contented least;
Yet in these thoughts myself almost despising,
Haply I think on thee, and then my state,
Like to the lark at break of day arising
From sullen earth, sings hymns at heaven’s gate;
For thy sweet love remember’d such wealth brings
That then I scorn to change my state with kings.

I'm sorry, but I study world literature and cultural anthropology. You tried pulling this on Yea Forums of all places. I'm familiar with the religions and many source texts you just trampled over like a drunk orangutan. You just made the most offensively factually incorrect series of statements about religion in general that I have ever read in my entire life. You demonstrated a total lack of familiarity with the doctrinal and scriptural contents of every major world religion including Christianity and seem to be wholly unaware of even the existence of minor or indigenous religions and new religious movements. Such a catalog of errors makes you appear extremely poorly read and unknowledgeable, and frankly speaking, ignorant, given that this is the topic of conversation you pushed for. I really hope for your own sake that you don't intend to repeat such a display in a setting that isn't totally anonymous.

So Shakespeare was a faggot?

Major reason, not only reason.

In your opinion, did God created man in his image? If yes, why did he choose to do it with a very slow process of change via natural selection? And why no religion ever mentioned this fact?

This is how far back from "all men want to be sluts" you've retreated. Stop and consider that for a moment.

"I literally can't stop sucking dicks" -OP, Memoirs of a Faggot

I'm not the same guy.

Then start a new thread if you want to debate human origins.

Sounds like Russia

OP. I'm doing research for a play. Not that I see any problem with homosexuality, but I don't have any desire for men. I can say that this or that guy is handsome, like Brad Pitt or the young Marlon Brando, but I dont feel any desire.

As for women...when I'm walking on the street or driving my car and I see some girl with a nice ass and in thight pants I feel something deep in my loins, and it almost makes me depressed to not be able to fuck all those hot girls whenever I want and the way I want.

The Letter
Amy Lowell - 1874-1925
Little cramped words scrawling all over the paper
Like draggled fly's legs,
What can you tell of the flaring moon
Through the oak leaves?
Or of my uncertain window and the bare floor
Spattered with moonlight?
Your silly quirks and twists have nothing in them
Of blossoming hawthorns,
And this paper is dull, crisp, smooth, virgin of loveliness
Beneath my hand.

I am tired, Beloved, of chafing my heart against
The want of you;
Of squeezing it into little inkdrops,
And posting it.
And I scald alone, here, under the fire
Of the great moon.

Roy Cohn: Your problem, Henry, is that you are hung up on words, on labels: "gay", "homosexual", "lesbian." You think they tell you who a person sleeps with, but they don't tell you that. Like all labels, they refer to one thing and one thing only: Where does a person so identified fit in the food chain? In the pecking order. Not ideology or sexual taste, but something much simpler: clout. Who owes me favors. Not who I fuck or who fucks me, but who will pick up the phone when I call. To someone who doesn't understand this, homosexual is what I am because I sleep with men, but this is wrong. Homosexuals are not men who sleep with other men. Homosexuals are men who, in 15 years of trying, can't get a pissant anti-discrimination bill through City Council. They are men who know nobody, and who nobody knows. Now, Henry, does that sound like me?
Henry: No.
Roy Cohn: No. I have clout — lots! I pick up that phone, dial 15 numbers, and guess who's on the other end of the line? In under five minutes, Henry.
Henry: The President.
Roy Cohn: Better — his wife.
Henry: I'm impressed.
Roy Cohn: I don't want you to be impressed, Henry — I want you to understand. This is not sophistry, and this is not hypocrisy. This is reality. I have sex with men, but unlike nearly every other man of which this is true, I bring the guy I'm screwing to Washington, and President Reagan smiles at us and shakes his hand, because what I am is defined entirely by who I am. Roy Cohn is not a homosexual. Roy Cohn is a heterosexual man who fucks around with guys.

Great play

“Harper: In your experience of the world. How do people change?

Mormon Mother: Well it has something to do with God so it's not very nice.

God splits the skin with a jagged thumbnail from throat to belly and then plunges a huge filthy hand in, he grabs hold of your bloody tubes and they slip to evade his grasp but he squeezes hard, he insists, he pulls and pulls till all your innards are yanked out and the pain! We can't even talk about that. And then he stuffs them back, dirty, tangled and torn. It's up to you to do the stitching.

Harper: And then up you get. And walk around.

Mormon Mother: Just mangled guts pretending.

Harper: That's how people change.”

No, that would be "converting" to Islam to get back at your Christian parents. In today's world, that hurts them more than telling them you're gay.

this ****century****

Islam is very demanding, no one who converts and practices it is just being edgy.
