I think Death in Venice was like 96 pages. Pretty good, but pretty gay.

I had a friend who used to make them. She used word to create a template page of text boxes separated by lines, transcribe the text into the boxes, then print them out. Next she would cut out the boxes, punch two holes in the backs, run string through them, then glue them onto a strip of leather.
