what is your justification for this belief system? please tell me. surely you have all the answers.

I have one answer:
Consciousness was a mistake.

what is your justification for this belief

>Consciousness was a mistake.
t. your Consciousness

It's a logical conclusion.

Where does almost all of our suffering in life stem from? Perception. Not physical pain, perception. The ability to look at everything and everyone, but especially ourselves, abstractly. Consciousness brings nothing but anxiety, depression, apathy, misery and torture. Why are we here? is a question that never should have been asked, because it has no answer. It's as ridiculous as asking "Why is this dog here?" as if the dogs existence merits any deeper explanation than "It's a dog, it exists".

>N-Not me! I'm special! I'm important!
t. scared little boy

Can you explain what "Consciousness was a mistake." means? you need to define "mistake".

>you need to define "mistake"
No, I don't. You know the meaning of mistake.

I actually do think all of those things are true. You fucking gook movie watching faggot....care to prove me wrong?

"an action or judgment that is misguided or wrong."
an action requires an agent that is capable of performing an action. so you're a theist and you think God was wrong in creating consciousness?

>care to prove me wrong?
Nope, believe or don't, I'll just think you're a faggot if you don't

>think about it logically

You know full well what I mean when I say consciousness was a mistake.

I'm not one of these retards who gets drawn into your retarded game of semantics. This is the last reply you will get.

literally 102 IQ hahaha

Yes and?

He blew you the fuck out mate

What about the extreme pleasures allowed by abstract thinking that don't exist ordinarily in lesser animal? Of course though in a universe that you claim as no meaning you presume a value system of pleasure>suffering. You instantly discredit yourself and cannot give a reason why everything is so horrid and meaningless without assigning meaning to it.

And i know for a FACT that you're a faggot and that your opinion is fucking worthless you cocksucking cornholing fucking piece of shit LOL GTFO

>What about the extreme pleasures allowed by abstract thinking that don't exist ordinarily in lesser animal?
Fleeting and nothing in comparison to the overwhelming negatives.
>Of course though in a universe that you claim as no meaning you presume a value system of pleasure>suffering.
No, I'm saying without consciousness there'd be far less suffering among humans. Pleasure and suffering aren't inherently good or evil, right or wrong. But the fact of the matter is that among humans, suffering far outweighs pleasure. Pleasure is simply the absence of suffering.
>You instantly discredit yourself and cannot give a reason why everything is so horrid and meaningless without assigning meaning to it.
I can, consciousness. The pleasure/suffering dynamic is out of balance for humans because of consciousness. There is no meaning, but our minds yearn for it. Which leads to suffering.

The greatest pleasure of all would to be like the rest of the animals.

Ok

Imagine being so intellectually lazy.

>pleasure is the absence of suffering
ah, another pseud

Imagine being so intellectually delusional.

You're not making your existence better through will power, you're just putting your head in the sand.

Do you have an argument that proves it isn't?

Pleasure is the absence of suffering, suffering is the absence of pleasure. It's very simple to understand.

Looks like somebody convinced mom to let them buy The Conspiracy Against the Human Race...

Go read Zapffe

>perception.
>The ability to look at everything and everyone, but especially ourselves, abstractly.
That would be more like observation. Perception is enmeshed with emotion and sensation.
>because it has no answer.
>as if the dogs existence merits any deeper explanation than "It's a dog, it exists".
This reminds me of that clip of Avital Ronell, even though I know you meant it more like Leopardi.

What's your view on life?

>inb4 god

>Far left smoker is the comic relief
>Left of smoker is the best fighter of them all, can take out a whole group with only one fist
>Bottom two are the fighters goons, willing to die for him after tasting his punch once
>Left of the fighter is the leaders right hand man, a bit cowardly but insanely smart
>Next one over is the leader, charismatic, able to win over other gang leaders with a simple speech.
>Last one is the leaders childhood friend and who will betray the gang to gain power himself. Will turn into the final villain

>Far left is "dude smoking lmao" who talks a big game but no one takes him seriously
>Next to him is the emotionally dead psycho who stabs the smoker and gets arrested
>Next to him is the baseball star who didn't make it to the big leagues so he joins the yakuza
>Next to him is the Boss's second in command and childhood friend, who has a personality break and reinvents himself after the Boss's apathy and solitude finally gets to him and he snaps, all he wants is his friend back
>Far right is the Boss and the quiet one of the group, he's scared by people who know what they want to do with their lives
>Bottom two are best friends with a quasi-gay dom/sub dynamic, which reverses itself when the dom bully ends up blinding the sub because he was always smacking him on the back of the head, he then becomes incredibly doting and helpful
