reads like the lyrics of an anime opening

literally scientististic humanist garbage

At least Yea Forums isn't full of pseuds.

Sci >> lit

cringe

Went in expecting garbage. Wasn't disappointed

I was the OP in that thread. Glad Anons enjoyed it.

The theme of the thread was: write a poem about time.

That's terrible

embarrassing, meant to be about time but doesn't even use metre. would have been the simplest thing in the world to compose it in trochee

I think it's meant to be in iambic pentameter

it's sort of like iambic pentameter, except none of the lines actually are

>I let them enter me
ohoho I bet you do

>what is meter

Yea Forums makes fun of people for liking poetry

That’s horrid, in message and rhythm
If he were a poet he’d be ashamed

It's technically much better than I expected, but fuck is it boring. Felt like I'd read it a thousand times before, and there's no way in hell I'll remember it for long. It's a trite sentiment presented in a series of tired clichés.

it's in iambic pentameter

rightfully so

such a cringe poem

I went in thinking /sci/ was dumb. I came out knowing /sci/ is dumber than I thought. I say this as an electrical engineer.

There was someone in the thread doing your job, don’t you worry, but his post was before the one in the OP

not good, but better than most of the stuff that gets posted here for sure.

Oh Jesus, delete this thread.
