Naked Lunch definitely fits the criteria. Was written as a series of disconnected rambling fever dream letters after Burroughs shot his wife and fled to Tangiers where he did lots of heroin and paid street urchin children to have sex in front of him, Kerouac had to arrange and edit the letters so it was even passable at all. The book is a compilation of scenes, impressions, associations without any clear unifying narrative but lots of thematic bridges and recurring components. Burroughs said that it did not need to be read in any particular order, that it's not the "wrong" way to read it to jump around randomly or start in the middle or read it backwards. It would be pretty apt to call it the literary equivelant of a Bosch painting.
