Any suicide fuel/motivation philosophy papers or literature out there? I've come close to an heroing twice in the past year but I chickened out at the last minute, I need some motivation to make the final leap into oblivion.

Read The Trouble With Being Born by Emil Cioran. Or really anything by Cioran. You could also read the conspiracy against the human race by Thomas Ligotti
The last time I went to an-hero, my train got delayed for 45 minutes with me stuck on it, and people started messaging me. Just seeing if I was ok. It took them some convincing, but they eventually pulled me away from it. That 45 minute delay probably saved my life.
If it's not your time to die, you won't die, user.
Don't kill yourself. Live with the knowledge that you can kill yourself anytime
It's unironically very liberating. Whenever I get stressed out about my thesis or tfw no gf or realizing I've alienated all of my friends due to avoidant personality disorder the thought of being dead washes over me like warm sunshine. It's like having a eject button on life.
I'm confused, did you mean to get hit by this train? Why were you on it then?
Thanks, I will look into these
Holy shit
this. it's what got me through my worst years
Mainländer
>on the night on April 1, 1876, Mainländer hanged himself in his residence in Offenbach, using a pile of copies of The Philosophy of Redemption (which had arrived the previous day from his publisher) as a platform.
Op please don't kill yourself btw.
killing yourself isnt worth it, you'll die soon enough anyways
i hope all you lads live long and hearty lives but if you do an hero please treat yourselves to a month or two of fine living on the back of the predatory lending industry
godspeed
how, based user?
which comedian did you take this from I've heard this bit done before
Can someone in here explain this one to me? I'm mentally challenged, sorry.
Can any not-suicidal anons please explain how they do it?
There was this German dude that wrote such a pessimistic manifesto that his followers started killings themselves and shortly after he did too. I can't recall his name but it wouldn't matter because he isn't translated to any language.
Anyways, why kill yourself right now, user? I'd wait it out, the 2020s are going to be an interesting time, tumultuous as fuck too. Instead of ruminating on suicidal thoughts, prepare yourself and brace for impact.
Convince myself I have more to know and see. Sort of like a mission only I can complete.
Maybe he means by the time you kill yourself you've already suffered anyway; there is no way to kill yourself before you experience the emotional that would make you want to do it in the first place so you're always late.
Emotional pain***
What a fucking retard. Cioran just seems like an attention whore.
>2020s are going to be an interesting time
Yeah, "may you live in interesting times" type of time
fake it til you make it (unironically)

I don't even want to commit suicide. I just want to die saving a kid from a fire or something. Something to bring my life to a close.
>user is a creditor
>take out massive loans after deciding to end it
>discover some joy in life
>end up getting killed by goons for massive debt
>doesn't have to burden family with stigma of suicide
You can fantasize about the different paths but the heavily adopted perspectives percolating the streets severs that part of the brain efficiently. Get your stamp of adulthood there before you take the train down.
the last time I've made a post on Yea Forums must've been a year ago.
You know you're close when even a hello seems fruitless.
Last Messiah by Zappfe is nice intro into pessimism.
If you really want to do it though, you could start frequenting forums that are pro suicide. Getting the idea normalised for yourself would make it easier.
tfw no good english tranlsation
