Maybe the Case of Charles Dexter Ward because it involves a deep and long-running family history of evil which is my favorite trope of his. Also I like some of his dreamland stories like Kadath, Celephais, and Iranon, not for the storytelling, but it's where his over use of adjectives is best applied, lurid descriptions
