Is historical fiction really genre fiction?
Genre fiction is an almost meaningless term when used the way you are using it.
WHY?! WHY MUST YOU TORMENT ME SO WITH THESE JEZEBELS? All I want to do is come here for an asexual experience that will exercise my brain but I am constantly titillated by these vixens with their prodigious hips and provocative figures. Can I never satiate this thirst, will I ever know the touch of a woman and enter between her loins? Will my seed ever drip from her moistened hole?
If it's only or mostly concerned with fulfilling the concerns of the genre then yes.

Also, black is the only acceptable color for nylons. Anything else is trashy.

yes, i tend to lean to one side and rest one elbow on the arm of the sofa. sometimes i put cushions on my lap and rest the book on them so that i don't have to hold the book in the air. i would find a posture like pic related to be very uncomfortable for long periods.
it's the lowbrow consumer's coping mechanism to deal with the fact that he's reading bottom of the barrel pulp. "no, it's not a trashy fantasy book, it's """"genre fiction""""
good lord you're a terrible pseud
All fiction (plot, story, characters) is basically genre fiction - save for abstract prose poetry, the pure game of language
