Why do you say that? I have experienced an increase in tolerance on both short and long terms. Taking acid two nights in a row the second night's experience is much weaker. I've also just felt the psychedelic experience calm over a number of years and have had to up the dose significantly to get the kinds of visual effects I used to. Becoming bored of it is probably a psychological factor too, specifically with the mind high, but I feel certain these drugs have less physiological effect on me than they used to.

lol no. Your tolerance for acid sky rockets after the first dose, and taking it again the next day will have substantially diminished effects. Taking shrooms after acid will yield the same results since acid and shrooms share a cross tolerance.
