Funny sidenote. That drawing of She-Ra that looks like a pre-schooler made it was apparently done by Kyle. Our boy trully is an artist.

There's probably no reason over why Kyle drrew this in the show other than for "Uwu kawaii ^_^" points but I want to add the extra meaning that Kyle actually thinks being a hero like She-Ra is pretty cool and he admires that deep down, but believes he is not capable of ever being like that.

My idea for Tondy has always been that he is a spoiled teen who got enabled quite a lot and was on his way to become a capricious and cruel leader. As soon as he got some discipline and his father became a bigger part of his life, he started to mellow out.

Another side note. The ancestor Kondorg is a play on the 80's villain Baron Condore. A ruthless First One who was put in charge of Jared's properties in the Crimson Waste and didn't do the most peaceful job at running the place. I like the idea of the Beast Warriors who are somewhat heroic but ruthless figures, tracing their ancestry to a villain.

Repkyle is what I like to call Kyle's darker, reptillain, and more violent side whom he rejects. His shadow born out of his repressed anger at being mistreated for so many years. He is a violent bugger, but he looks out for Kyle. In his own way.

Finally Kyle is confronting that side of himself instead.

Fucking aces Kylefag. My friends DnD session had to be canceled today so this is a nice surprise for not having to do on a Sunday night.

I often hate in cartoons where a wimpy character grows a backbone and becomes more assertive but takes it to far and the lesson become in how it's better to be a wimp and safe and shit. I hate it.

This is Kyle realizing that. He has done many good things where he applies his anger and desire to fight back in heroic ways and good has come from it.

Accept who you are as you are.

Thanks. It's been incredibly busy. For some reason many of my relatives were born in April and May. So I'm having a birthday party or family event almost every weekend or so. So this chapter was done at a very slow pace.

It was tough to write. I don't want to make it seem like Kyle is proud of having a violent side or anything, but that he is owning up that angry side of him instead of repressing it like he did most of his life.

I attribute it to Kyle since he likes to draw and I'm running with that.

Instead of an imaginary tumblr baby, I gave it a different spin for this story and made it Kyle's "fursona/repsona???" of sorts named Repkyle. He has such a low self-steem and hates that he is a weak human. So Kyle wishes he was the same species as Rogelio since he associates him with raw strenght and power that he lacked all his life.

There is definitely a theme about Kyle learning to love and be a good friend to himself instead of wishing to be someone else as the perfect solution to his problems.

One of the few reasons I come back to Yea Forums. I love this
